I bought a used new SUV on Friday and noticed when washing it there was a small crack. On Monday I took it to Tulare Glass so they could fix it so it won’t run. A young employee drove it into the shop to work on it. The older Owner Man was called back to see my window and when he returned he told me it can’t be fixed! He said it running and then told me the original crack that was there had already been beaded. I noticed a new crack near the original crack. Then he Advised me to keep my windows gaped so the crack doesn’t get worse. I Trusted this shop with my vehicle. I am appalled that the

My house needed an update. My old windows wouldn't stay up when I wanted the cool Tulare breeze to cool the house and they just weren't energy efficient. I walked into Tulare Glass Co expecting good service, but what I got was great service! Such a nice bunch of helpful individuals! Just a few short days after placing my order, my new windows were installed and I am one happy customer. What a great company to deal with!

I completely agree with previous reviewer Kristy. As a matter of fact, her story is an exactly my story. I needed to fix windshield chip on my rental van. The only difference is that it happened yesterday. I called few places while was approaching the city driving from Vegas to Sacramento. Some places never picked up the phone, some calls went straight to message machine, some didn't have right person to do the job, one place said they will do, but when I came in 20 minutes, the guy who suppose to do the repair was gone to do other customer service. So, finally I said I will try one more time

I was on a road trip from So CA to Visalia in a rental car and was hit by a rock on the freeway, leaving a nice size chip in the windshield. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with all of the rental car company's paperwork for that little crack. I went in to Tulare Glass, which I found on Yelp, and they took great care of me! Their auto glass person was out, so Tammy, at the front desk, asked the owner, Jim, if he would do it. He was happy to help, and the employees got a kick out of watching him at work. These folks were an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend them!
