Experience overall was AWESOME. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable; very personable people. They came right out to my work and replaced the windshield while I was upstairs in the office. I was even made aware that the windshield already on the vehicle was the wrong one and I was assured that it would be taken care of. Extremely happy!

I have been a customer of Reliable Autoglass for a long time and the reasons are because they are quick, professional, and excellent quality of work. Emily in the office has always called me quickly when I have a claim and is very polite, pleasant and professional. Adam has installed several new windshields and done several repairs for me and all have been the highest quality. Adam always calls in advance to let me know when he will arrive, he always arrives on time and is a professional happy guy. I'm definitely a happy long term customer.

We had to reschedule service due to bad weather and Adam was kind enough to work on a Saturday, usually a day off, in order to take advantage of a clear day and to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer for a new windshield. I have known the owner Bo for almost 20 years. I knew him in SC and he did excellent work there, I saw him again in the Collision Center I worked in in The Springs. He did all of our glass work both removal and installation before and after body and paint repairs were complete. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. My wife didn't tell me that she had a broken windshield in her brand new Explorer and Safelite required 3 trips and the trim is still falling apart. I have my own personal and work rig that need new windows and I definitely will be calling Bo at Reliable.
