Went in for a balayage and although i wasn’t 100% happy with it she offered to have me come in and get it fixed so i like it more, overall shows good costumer service.

They just moved from Fred Meyer to downtown Auburn. It's a nice location with street parking. Deanna is awesome! She suggested a toner for my hair that turned out fabulous!

The manager is great. Some of the other girls not so great. Last time I went here the girl who cut my hair took too much off and it wasn't even at all, there was big random chunks cut and it was just a mess. I was really upset, the manager was nice and fixed it as best she could for me. So 3 cheers and 3 stars for the manager, everyone else not so much

Have had my haircut several times there. Have had a couple different hair stylists which were really good but Deana is now my one and only stylist. She does such an amazing job, very patient (I'm particular) and I just love this place. Go check it out! Book early if you want Deena as she is popular! No surprise there 🖤

Have been coming to Third Dimensions for a while now and I truly love the experience and the service. I always feel welcomed and very relaxed throughout the process. If you are looking for an amazing experience and just all around good vibes as well as a truly wonderful hair salon I recommend that head over to see the ladies at Third Dimensions in auburn.

Very frustrated. I had really bad post partum hair loss and I decided to chop my own hair. I went here and asked them to even it out. I've only ever once had my hair cut in a salon before and this was the 2nd time. She brushed it out and just started cutting. I thought my hair should've been wet and it wasn't but I wasn't sure because again this was my 2nd time ever cutting it. When she was done she told me to look ans it looked ok but my hair is frizzy and kind of wavy. I flat ironed my hair a week later and it was noticeably uneven! When I tried to put it in a bun huge chunks of hair stuck out

They are absolutely wonderful there for men and women's hair cuts and styles! My mother in law goes in for her highlights or lowlight and really loves the job they do.

I came here for cutting my hair as a bob. I showed a picture like I want my hair cut to the girl and for the first time she cut them not that short and had to cut them again. After she finished cutting and start to style my hair- both sides were looking at the same way. Then when I went home I mention that left side was longer about 1,5 inches... so I went to another salon to fix it and got perfect hairstyle for cheaper price.

Had an appointment with Rosy today. Third dimension is usually always consistent with great customer service and professional haircuts. This time was not. The place seemed very sad and there was not much communication between me and Rosy. She asked me "what i would like today" and I replied with not really knowing how I short I would like it off the top hinting that I would like her to give me some ideas. Nothing. She laughed slightly and continued giving me my haircut. There was no attempt to gain rapport during the haircut and she did not even do what I asked her to do with my hair

Horrible place!!!! Dina gave us so much attitude. Her hand gestures were just unprofessional! Throwing her comb!!!! Has zero patience! Ewwwwwwww!

Came back into town and got my hair done at the Third Dimension Salon in Auburn, WA. If you need your hair done go to Amisha Reed, she is awesome. Look how far my hair has progressed and grew!!!

This is where I go and get my haircut. Luv this place. Ladies are all very beautiful and very nice. Best of a they do your hair how u want it done. Not how they want it done. Since its inside of Fred Meyer you can get your shopping done as well.

We usually go to the Redondo Salon. Was in auburn so stopped in to see if we could get cuts. we loved Deana..she listened and then did exactly what we asked for. I got Amisha. Amazing...listened..she was fun to talk with. I love my cut. Will definately go back.

I was a little skeptical of coming here after reading the reviews. Myra cuts a couple of my coworkers hair so I decided to give it a try after another salon in auburn (with great reviews) gave me a horrible choppy haircut. Myra was super sweet and listened to what I want. She was able to clean up my choppy hair, while keeping some length, giving me a great inverted (but not too inverted) bob. I will definitely be going back to Mrya. Also being able to book online was an extra perk.

Don't know who the folks in the picture are but Deana does great work. She listens to what you want and provides great styling and she is very upbeat and a pleasure to have her quaffed my hair..

I just saw Myra to fix a bad haircut I got the week before . She was awesome! She fixed the bad cut and didn't bash the previous hairdresser like I was doing . I love my hair now and found a new stylist :)

Called and asked if they could accommodate three people at noon. They said no problem. Showed up to only one stylist and told we could go back to back. Basically saying we needed to spend two hours at Fred Meyer waiting for three haircuts.
Called supercuts down the street and walked out. They didn't even try and apologize.
Horrible customer service atmosphere.

Alia and bobby are my favs! Only had one bad haircut from a inexperienced stylist who is no longer there. They rectified my situation immediately and with privacy. Usually pretty easy to get in and out also. Happy customer since 2012.

I have always been scared to let someone new do my hair. Have not gotten my hair cut in a while because i just do not trust anyone. Went in there in the morning to get a deep red color for the fall time. They showed me the color book and i picked out my color. Kaylin did an AMAZING job at doing the perfect red. MY hair is so soft and pretty i love getting compliments on it. I definitely recommend this salon. The girls are so nice there you feel at home.

Horrible! took my son there for a haircut and he came out with the exact opposite of what I requested. I had to re-do his cut at home just so he ddidn't look like he had a mullet. UGH! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!

My hairdresser was a nice person and I liked my cut, but she didn't listen to what I wanted her to do. I don't think I will return.

UPDATE: 08/19/13- Since this past event - I've gone in and been advised to ask for a Level 3 stylist. I've done so. Although it is a tad bit more expensive, it may be worth it. I am not sure if this facillity buys cheaper dyes, or what... but after 3 attempts to lift the red from my hair- I still have strawberry blonde hair, and a lot of breakage.
I added another star only because my newly chosen stylist there has restored some of my faith.




If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I have been coming to this salon for over 4 years. Each time I go is WORSE!

Do not go to this salon ever, I went there for a balayage, they ruined my hair and charged me over 100$
I went there again a year later to get a clean cut, it looks like they cut my hair with eyes closed and once again i was charged 35$
