The people here are nice. I used to go here but decided to do it myself for the last 2 years, I came here this year because with all that happened I wasn't sure if I can do it right. We got Charles and he was friendly enough but they were trying to charge me $227 for a refund of $642. C'mon! We will never come back here.

Moved from California to Nevada and found this place. I am single, no mortgage and no children. It cost me $50 in California to do my taxes but this place charged me over 3x the amount. So this year I called and ask for a quote, I have 2 w2 forms and nothing to claim, they could not give me a quote. I am not doing business here again.

This team is simply THE BEST! David and his team take the time to make sure everything filed is accurate and solid. They didn’t make me sit and listen to them ramble on about rules, regulations, codes and a bunch of other jargon that I do not understand. Instead, I received simple instructions, actionable advice, and an overall painless experience. Not an easy task to accomplish when dealing with anything related to the IRS.

This year I did my taxes for the first time and you can imagine how anxious I was to do everything right. We made appointment with them for the first time this year because of a friend's referral which she had gone to them for years and always had a good experience. Our tax person was knowledgable and she is very popular (busy). She does spend her on on answering any questions you have and is very nice. However, I had to go back twice because she forgot to get some information from me while I was there and was told just to show up and she'll see me, I had to wait a while both times.

I made an appointment for a free consultation and got to speak with Jeff- he provided great service and was very knowledgeable about all the different tax laws and credits. There was a discrepancy between what my California cpa was insisting that I needed to pay due to "residency" and what Nevada tax filings were due to a mid year move. He was fantastic and even looked over the paper work to verify it was done properly and that I would not need to redo anything nor worry about getting penalized for any misfilings.

Really, this is a prefect example of when a 4.5 rating is a perfect fit for a business.
For the first time since turning 18, I had to have someone else do my taxes. This year brought on several things I was unfamiliar with, as far as how to file correctly.
Pros-
- These people are so friendly. Not your stereotypical cold, stuffy suits at all! Everyone from reception to the tax preparers were very genial and approachable. Spartak was the representative who assisted me and he was great!
- If there are any questions or concerns at all, they have a whole team of professionals with varying strengths
