My mother went through these people for a few years. She’s disable and elderly. They took advantage of her and cut her roadside assistance for simply using it while getting her car fixed. We called to ask about the road side and got a rude female talking to my wife, telling her she doesn’t know anything. Happened when we called them out for cutting the roadside. Talking about under writer bulls**t. No other insurance company cuts of roadside for using it a few times. She usedit like 5 times just to jump start her car cause it had a charging issue, in a span of a few months.

I love the personal relationship of this office. I feel valued and I believe the staff understands me and my needs. I never feel like a stranger that's just purchased services from a company I don't know. They really are of no help when you get in a wreck even though you weren't at fault. My husband was t-boned by a red light runner, and State Farm didn't give any information or offer to us what our plan covers (we had full coverage). We didn't know that we had so much coverage in different things (such as car rentals for free, no garage fee for our totaled car, etc.) until a year later when my friend was t-boned. She received a lot of help at her location plus help from the guilty party's insurance when her allowance ran out with her own but this location didn't help at all. They didn't let us

I have been so impressed with Charlie Riesgo and his representatives Cynthia Inorio and Sue Reynolds. They have been very helpful in my insurance needs. I had an accident in 2018 and they showed much more concern with my well being and safety rather than the damage that was done to my truck. I have been a customer of Charlie's for many years and both my husband and I are extremely happy with this agent and office. When we first moved to Tucson I had called several State Farm agencies to transfer our policies. We chose this agency because the office staff was eager to help and very welcoming.
