***update beow***My husband had 3 sessions with the nutritionist as a requirement for his surgery and we thought all was well. We found out several weeks ago that nutritionists he met with Jodi Serafin never sent over the office visits for all 3 sessions and now we can't get in touch with. I've emailed and called her to no avail and now my husband surgery will have to be delayed an additional 4 months. This is not professional at all and I will be researching how to launch a formal complaint.***I recieved a call from Linda who was right on it and got the job done. The previous nutritionists

I would recommend Nourish Family to anyone with the goals of living a healthy life in general. I have been working with Jessica H, who has been more than a nutritionist. She is also an amazing listener. All aspects of a healthy living are discussed during meetings and you are guaranteed to seeing results if you listen and do your part. I'm giving 4 stars just because there is always room for improvements.

We made an appointment for a Nutrition Counseling, as a first time parents we were concerned because our little one has always been on the smaller side of her growth chart, like all toddlers our little one is a very picky eater. Although our Pediatrician was not concerned at all we felt like we needed more counseling and get an opinion from a dietician. Making the appointment and choosing Nourish Family Nutrition was one of the best decision we've made, even if it was an hour an half a way from us. We were counseled by Mandy Katz, her office has a very welcoming, and cozy environment. We

Diana was great! I had my initial counseling session with her a little over a week ago and it was truly a breath of fresh air. She made it easy to convey my needs and she gave me simple no fuss suggestions that were exactly what i needed. She listened well and gave me a plan to suit my needs, not a cookie cutter approach. I am looking forward to seeing all of the progress I'll make implementing the plan she gave me.

I am so thankful that my doctor recommended them. I had no idea what to eat when I found out I had diabetes. Samantha really explained everything to me and it was easy to make the changes she suggested. It has been almost a year and I have lost 40 pounds and I am no longer on medication. I feel great and I can't imagine going back to how I used to eat.

I have been counseled by Diana at Nourish Family Nutrition for a little over a year. And for the first time in a very long time, I feel comfortable with myself. It's not because of the weight loss (though that is really fantastic), it's because I am making really smart choices about how I treat my body. And that feels good.
We started out by figuring out my metabolic resting rate. That was super eye opening. I figured that at my age, my metabolism had all but stopped. But I discovered this wasn't true at all. It was very motivating from the start. (This process is kind of

This practitioner is totally unqualified to provide valuable nutritional counseling. She calls herself a Licensed Nutritionist but it is hard to believe she has the education to claim that title. I suspected her lack of education when she greeted and conversed with me using very poor English grammar. Upon questioning, I learned that she has a B.S in Nutritional Sciences from Morgan State University. I'm not sure what that means but can't be very meaningful. I went to her seeking a weight loss and management program due to a medical condition. I was discouraged that she was significantly

Didn't actually meet with the owner. She cancelled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice and then when I did go to the mutually agreed upon new appointment, she took another client into her office without saying anything to me although I was sitting in her waiting room. I left after a 1/2 an hour and didn't appreciate my time being wasted. Did fill out the form and it seemed like it would be a wonderful experience - but it is a relationship that relies on trust.
