My journey with herbal medicine began in the 1990's when I was active in forest protection work in the Ozark mountains. During this time, I developed a special affinity for plants such as black cohosh, goldenseal, ginseng, bloodroot, and wild yam. I learned that these plants were not only indicators of a healthy ecosystem, but were prized for their medicinal activity.
Herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle can make a huge difference in many health conditions. If you have Interstitial Cystitis or PCOS, I am here to support you.
