First and foremost, we believe that fitness is for everybody. 410 Fitness is a place where people of all identities, races and body-types can feel welcome to move, feel good and work hard. Our goal is to offer our members as many options throughout the day as possible to work out. We offer a variety of class times in the morning, early afternoon and afternoon/evening.
Improve your strength and conditioning in our hour-long class where we work on foundational and functional movements performed at various intensities. In this smaller group class setting you'll not only get more personal attention, you'll also be working out with a supportive community who's there to give you that extra encouragement when you need it!
Improve your flexibility and joint health by taking Brian's Yin Yoga! This class is for everyone from runners to cross trainers with the goal to open the body. It is designed to help the connective tissue of the body stay strong and healthy by creating gentle traction on the fascial tissues of the body.

The best fitness center for people irrespective of their level of fitness. This place is run by a strong team of knowledgeable and highly skilled coaches. I highly recommend this place for their high level of professionalism, excellent training, clear instructions, inclusiveness and personal attention to every member. By far THE BEST fitness center in Baltimore.

I've been a member at 410 for a bit over a year. Take it from a dude who's never lifted weights that this joint is awesome. Coaches are great people who actually show you how to get better and stronger almost daily. I feel better than I have in years and have zero plans to slow down or stop. I'm so glad I came to 410 CrossFit. I was terrified, but Gary, his staff, and the other members have been wonderful: supportive and helpful. It's a great environment and an exciting challenge. I appreciate the thoughtful tips for scaling (modification) and form. I recommend it with surprising (for me) enthusiasm! Give it a try!

My day feels incomplete without going to 410. The gym atmosphere is fun and is largely due to the amazing athletes and Gary. I have been a member at 410 crossfit for over 2.5 years now and have definitely become stronger and faster than I used to before joining. Something about 410 makes me very motivated - I push harder and break personal records when I am there as compared to other gyms.
Gary is a great coach and has good experience with Olympic lifting.
The gym also has great equipment - for example, high quality barbells (esp for olympic lifting), a large Rogue pull up rig and good number

I've been going to 410 for almost 3 years now. I never saw myself as the kind of person that would get up at 5 am just to go to the gym but that's what I do. I'm 33 and am in better shape now than I was in high school. I used to waste $70/month on a membership to the YMCA and could never motivate myself to workout. Gary and all the members motivate and inspire me to try harder and be better.
