Dr. Bowers has a special interest in traditional as well as non-traditional and emergency veterinary medicine, treating cats, dogs, birds, small exotics as well as amphibians and reptiles. She earned her doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Bowers shares her home with two large dogs (Duncan and Reina), six cats (Bodhi, Jolene, Teddy, Prendie, Mo & Charlie Bob), and two snakes (Ricky and Sissy).
Dr. Bowers is committed to your pets health and happiness. Michele has been with All Pets Vet since opening day, and formerly worked with Dr. Bowers at another local animal hospital. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 15 years. Outside of work she loves to take her dogs for walks, go to concerts and participate in other types of outdoor events.

Including rabbits, birds, all types of small mammals, reptiles, amphibians and, of course, cats and dogs. Our services include wellness exams & vaccinations, comprehensive medical treatments, diagnostic laboratory services, dentistry, radiography and on site surgery. Please call ahead to ensure that we are able to accommodate your requested services and times.
Our quality service certainly includes our pharmacy. Licensed in 50 states, our pharmacy is the most highly accredited partner-pharmacy in the nation. That means we meet the strictest standards for privacy, authentication, and security of prescription orders, as well as follow an established quality assurance program.
If it is your first time coming to All Pets Vet - any past medical records you have would be really helpful in understanding your pet's medical and vaccination history. That said, if you don't have any it's OK, we'll figure it out. If you're coming in for your annual exam or if your pet is experiencing GI problems such as diarrhea - A stool sample is appreciated then too.

I'm going to start by saying that if you go here, you have to be patient sometimes. Same goes for any other veterinary place, but you will NOT get the same quality service as you do at APV. I have been to multiple (5+) exotic vets offices and this is the one!
Anyway, All Pets Vets, specifically Dr. Bowers, is the best. I took my geriatric rabbit, Pancakes, for a check up and got the works (blood test, x-ray, etc) done since it has been a while for her.
After all was said and done, I was told I'd get a follow-up call because they have been swamped all day. I was fine with that. 8pm rolls around

The staff is unbelievable! Even during this whole covid setback... they are always pleasant and helpful. They always return my phone calls In a prompt fashion. If they can't help me they contact my doctor and return my call. My dog has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and they have walked us through and taught us how to give insulin changed my baby's diet and overall have made us feel calm about the whole process.

This veterinarian AND her amazing staff are incredible! I had a scary situation with my rabbit who I thought I may lose. It was 6:30 and they were booked solid and closing at 8:00. Dr. Bowers asked about his symptoms and told me to bring him in. He was there well over an hour, hooked up to an IV for fluids and some medicine and mash food. Somehow he was dehydrated. The whole team took amazing care of him and "Footsie" is as good as new! I will be forever grateful to this team. Thank you so much

Shout out to All Pets Vet. When my baby girl Sadie got sick I called them about how they would deal with euthanasia during covid . They nicely told me that we could do it outside that no one was allowed In yet. I thought okay I can deal with that …. Well let me tell you when the time came how accommodated they were. I was the last patient of the… day so to give me my privacy with my Sadie. I got to sit in the grass on the side of the vets with her in my arms. I have never and I mean never experienced such compassion from the doctor and the vet tech while all this was happening &hellip

Incompetent staff member cost me a DAYS PAY!
First thing, Dr Bowers is good, easy to talk with and when in-person takes the time needed!
Last week Bowers office CALLED ME; because of their 'curbside service' and what I considered to be a prior sup-par-poor curbside visit and the importance of 'this' visit (cancer) I did NOT want to return to 'All Pets' until I was assured I could enter the building WITH MY PUP... again, THEY CALLED ME!
An appointment was scheduled for 7/2/21 at 10:30am

I take all my cats there Dr. Bower is awesome. she has also been out to our house to treat some of them...The only issue I have is having to pay $15.oo fee to hold my appointment because people have been canceling...I should of gotten it back or should of been applied toward my visit...but other than that I love Dr. Blower she is an awesome vet.... would recommend her...

Dr. Bowers and her staff are wonderful. They are so kind and you can tell they really love their jobs and are happy to help you and your pets in anyway they can. Everytime I call they are upbeat and caring. Dr. Bowers is just so down to earth and is amazing with my pets, especially my bunny. Their prices are reasonable and you cant go wrong using their services. I highly recommend this vet hospital.

I love All Pets vets. They are so good so caring and good with all the animals. I had both my doggies put to sleep last year. They cried with me. I just took my new doggie for her very first check up with them. They were very happy for me that I got a new doggie to love. They never rush you. Next week I am taking a my new cat for her check-up.

Every time I go here with my bunnies, they are so pleasant and professional. I love that they take the time to make sure I under everything that’s happening with their appointments and/or surgery and they truly love all animals. I was looking for a veterarian that has great personal care for my kitties. I’ve driven past this vet for years and decided to go there. I cannot say enough how personal and caring they are. They make you feel like you are important and they respond to e-mails and phone calls in a timely matter. The value is incredible. Was expecting to pay twice the amount I was charged. Highly recommend them!
