Travel has been a passion for us as far back as either of us can remember and continues to be our favorite hobby. Our love for travel inspired our entry into the vacation business. We found that staying with small local owners when we traveled allowed for a much more authentic and personal experience.
We wanted to create that experience for travelers to Dripping Springs, an area that we love and find incredibly beautiful and relaxing. We also believe that travel is best when shared with family and friends. We fell in love with the land but we knew we had a huge undertaking to renovate and create the kind of quality and comfort that we wanted our guests to experience.

This place is absolutely amazing! Several family members joined us in our stay for our son's wedding weekend. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered in this property. A few of us arrived Thursday night to prepare and relax for the crazy weekend ahead. After the rehearsal dinner, the groomsmen came over for some cocktails and a relaxing "rock" in the chairs on the front porch.
TyRosa Ranch provide a Hill Country backdrop for your event that can be customized to your vision and budget. We offer indoor and outdoor spaces that offer many flexible options. We are designed for receptions, cocktail parties, retreats and team off-site with a number of onsite / offsite experiences.
No matter what tone you would like to set for that special day, TyRosa Ranch is the perfect place to host your intimate destination wedding. Create a memorable outdoor event in a natural and elegant setting surrounded by fields of grass, Hill Country sunset views, and Texas live oak trees on five unspoiled acres.
How do I arrange to tour your property? All you have to do is send us an inquiry here and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Typically, our tours are on Wednesday and Sunday from 2pm - 4pm. What do I have to do in order for you to hold my date? You will need to sign our contract and deposit 50% of the event amount along with the security deposit.

Please don't work with this host. We booked this accommodation for our WEDDING weekend in October back in February through Airbnb. He confirmed it, took a deposit and then proceeded to reach out to us in July to tell us that there was a 'calendar syncing issue' and that the place was actually booked for that weekend. We reached out to Airbnb Support and they confirmed that there was no issue on their end, so clearly this was just a mistake or flat out lie on the host's part. He then asked me to cancel MY OWN reservation, obviously so there wouldn't be any repercussions on his end to which Airbnb

Our team always has the most enjoyable time at TyRosa Ranch. We have stayed with them on multiple occasions and the quality they deliver is outstanding. The houses are clean and very comfortable. It is place you want to call home. Plus, there are so many wonderful activities in Dripping Spring to feed the soul. Beautiful place!

Our wedding party had a great time at this Texas Hill Country retreat (TyRosa Ranch). The ranch is tucked away at the end of a private road in a secluded setting. It was so close to the wedding venue and near breweries like Treat Oak. We also did a short day hike at Pedernales falls. Everyone enjoyed feeding the horses and walking around the land. It was great to have everyone together in one area. We had friends traveling from different places. It felt like a vacation while celebrating a magical weekend.

Tyrosa Ranch is the perfect spot to host your next retreat, wedding party, and getaway! They are conveniently located near downtown Dripping Springs, and several famous wineries and breweries but the property is also secluded and surrounded by a ton of nature. We especially enjoyed petting the horses.

We have stayed at TyRosa Ranch a couple of times now and we love everything about it. The property is very quiet and secluded with deer roaming freely throughout the day and evening. The neighboring property has horses and donkeys that come to the fence for attention and food. Which we loved since most of us live in the city. Trails throughout the property were great for my morning walk. Both homes were tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything that we needed. My extended family and I just wrapped up the most amazing Texas Hill Country vacation at TyRosa Ranch. The ranch is tucked away at the end of a private road in a secluded setting. Bordering both sides of the property are horse rescue ranches. So in addition to the beautiful land, with deer freely roaming, we also got to see and feed the horses every day. There are two beautifully decorated modern homes on the property. The Bungalow which is the smaller of the two homes sits on the top of the hill and has a upper balcony that provides spectacular views of the Hill Country with amazing sunsets. The

We booked this house for a family vacation 5 adults and 1 toddler. We had a great time. Our little one enjoyed feeding the horses. And we sat on the balcony to catch the sunset every evening. The location is remote enough to make you feel you’re in the country yet close to town with an HEB and other attractions. We really had a great time and couldn’t beat the ambience this lovely place had to offer. Would highly recommend!

TyRosa Ranch is the PERFECT place to book if you are having your wedding at one of the local Hill Country venues. It's conveniently located in Dripping Springs, and great if you want a non-hotel option for your bridal party or family. It's perfect to host Pre Wedding parties or even your rehearsal dinner. I loved all the natural light (great for makeup!!). There was a ton of room to have food out and lots of seating both inside and on the front porch. The decor is so cute, and everything was clean and well kept.
