From the day we walked in to tour this venue (during the first of the two winter storms might I add) we knew that Cricket Hill Ranch was the one. We chose the venue not only because of the breath taking views and the incredible amenities, but we chose Cricket Hill because of April and Todd. They were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and the most genuine people we have ever met. The venue is amazing and we had nothing but rave reviews of the venue from all of our guests at our wedding. April is an absolute gem! Every part of Cricket Hill Ranch is stunning from the grounds to the main hall. You can tell this venue is her passion and she's excited to help make your big day a memorable experience. My wife and I began planning our wedding in the Fall of 2020, and with the pandemic changing the way weddings were being held, it was a little nerve-wracking trying to find the right place that would give us the space we needed to ensure our guests were safe. Enter April and her gorgeous venue! April had a plan for everything so we could feel comfortable getting our dream day planned.

From beginning to end, planning and having our wedding at Cricket Hill Ranch was the best decision we could have possibly made. After meeting April, it was such an easy decision for us. Both she and Aubrey went above and beyond throughout the whole process to make our wedding special. This is not a venue where you feel like you are just shuffled in and shuffled out so the next wedding can take place. Our wedding was everything we ever hoped for and I feel like we gained new friends in April and Todd along the way.

Cricket Hill Ranch is an absolutely stunning wedding venue and I feel so lucky to have had our wedding there! April and her husband Todd go above and beyond taking care of you. They set up and took down all of the chairs and tables, provide all of them, cut and served our cake, and even took care of decorating for us! They provide a wedding coordinator with the rental of the venue. Zoe was incredible! We lost our venue two weeks before our wedding because of COVID and April and Zoe saved us! The atmosphere and views are to die for. We had the most pleasant stay at CHR. The barn was super comfortable. When we arrived, we received a cute goodie bag and guide pamphlet! We LOVED watching the sunset over a glass of wine and a lovely fire pit. Also we have attended many wonderful weddings here, and April and Todd have a very special place. Attended the outdoor wedding of a friend here. A bit of a drive out west of Austin, but I do love a drive through the Texas Hill Country. Very nice event center with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, including an open-air barn perfect for dance parties. And the sunset was breathtaking!!! Needless to say, we had an amazing evening with close friends at a beautiful place.

I got married at Cricket Hill Ranch in May, and it was everything I ever dreamed of for my wedding venue and more! I had a lot of guests from outside of Texas, so I wanted to give them an authentic Texas Hill Country experience while still reflecting my modern tastes. I chose to have both my ceremony and dinner in the beautiful Great Room to avoid the Texas heat, which was a decision both my guests and I appreciated! Dancing was in the barn, and there was a nice breeze flowing through the doors that kept the space cool. The reason I first fell in love with this venue is that it feels like a home
