Lim Physical Therapy, LLC is an outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy clinic located in Kailua, Hawaii. It is owned and operated by licensed physical therapist, Jeremy Lim. Our goal is to use a balanced approach between manual (hands-on) therapy and exercise to alleviate muscle and joint pain that typically results from injury or surgery.
Services
Jeremy's initial exposure to physical therapy stemmed from an injury-riddled football career that forced him to rely on trained professionals to walk him through the rehabilitation process. Broken bones, torn muscles and ligaments, surgeries and neck injuries are but a few of the physical challenges he faced while playing football.
A key component to a successful recovery process is consistency. Patients who are committed to their follow up visits as well as to their home exercise program are much more likely to improve at an accelerated rate. At your follow-up visits, we will continually progress your treatment plan in a manner that is appropriate to your body's response to the therapy.
A good Home Exercise Program (HEP) is an integral part of your treatment plan and rehabilitation process. Medbridge Education offers an excellent resource for home exercises that we are excited to extend to our patients. Most of the exercises you learn as part of your HEP can be found on their website.
