This is my first time shipping with this company and I must say it is the worst experience ever, My truck was ship one month after the original sail date due to the negligence of the employees, the customer service is horrible, they make it clear they don’t care, especially Miron! This guy don’t have any business working at a logistics company. The mistake I ever made was to ship with them, I will make sure whoever I know don’t fall victim of this company. As we right we still have not gotten our Telex release for our truck that is fully paid

I sent my car from Boston to Spain.
1. 0 help when it arrived. They redirected me to the offloading company and they were 0 helpful about what process I should follow to offload it.
2. Did not purchase marine insurance as the price was too steep for the car it was. It was not damaged in the exterior but the interior had been clearly used and there were boot footprints all over the upholstery and the plates and other minor things that I left in the car were gone. I reached out to the commercial that sold me the transport and he literally told me: "nothing I can do since you didn't

This company cannot be trusted. There is no follow-through. My car was shipped from Houston,Texas to Costa Rica. I was informed my car would be delivered to the port approximately 6/19/21. It arrived 17 days early. I was not informed. Several days before the expected arrival date I even emailed this company and asked if my car was going to arrive as expected. Still they did not respond nor tell me it had been here over two weeks. Finally they said it had arrived two and a half weeks early and it was not their responsibility to tell me when it arrived, or to do anything but put my vehicle on the

The communication was fantastic. I shipped my sons car to Germany and they made the process incredibly easy. I was told exactly where to drop the car off. How I could track its progress and they even helped arrange for delivery on the Germany side. If I ever have to ship a car again I would definitely use them.

This is an "Ahh.. I don't think I will make business again " company.
Why? They didn't meet my expectations.
I usually don't give any feedback to companies, at the end of the day, they give the service for which they are paid. But in this case, I feel very disappointed.
The customer service rep was good but they don't give you all the details in the beginning of the process. I was trying to ship my vehicle to PR and this
was my third company that I contacted to obtain a quote and it was the only that gives me the hope that the car can be shipped before July 7th

Stay away!! They did not follow up with shipping dates unless I asked. They also did not have my bill of lading filled out properly, so I had to have it amended twice, including an additional $250 fee with the second one. If I had not hired my own receiving agent, I don't know what would have happened to my truck and personal goods when they arrived in Italy. They are awful!

I had a great experience with this company. I was insane enough to buy a car in Spain, sight unseen, in the middle of a pandemic. Two years ago I used ShipOverseas to ship a vehicle to Cameroon by Ro-Ro and very recently to Ghana by container. The staff, especially Gary and Jack, in both occasions were very responsive and professional. Shipment to Ghana was unduly delayed but that was beyond their control - ports were congested because of the COVID-19 pandemic - so I don’t hold anything against them especially that they kept me updated. I will not hesitate recommending them to prospective clients.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE! I paid $2,350 to have my car shipped from Germany to Texas. At the time of payment, I explained to the individuals working at ship overseas that I was a military member who was getting ready for a deployment rotation. I was assured that would not be an issue. I wired them 2350 and they were supposed to bring my car to Texas. After my car arrived Ship Overseas acted like they could not find my wire transaction. I submitted my bank statements and a confirmation letter from my bank confirming the wire went through. I had the wire reversed and the money credited

Got RoRo delivery for my car from LA to Spain and they were great. They handle everything from port to port, and offered a great price. Keep in mind that you have to handlr customs at the destination port, but they can refer you to customs clearing agents in the destination port to assist you.
But best part was when things went wrong: I sent them the wrong VIN/title, and the port wouldn't accept the car when I was dropping it off, but Larry immediately sent a new corrected dock receipt after a quick call. Then even though I sent them the correct title late, they overnighted it to customs

Very reliable, and very good people. JACK is the agent (and I believe owner?) that I always work with. I can call them up a few days before a shipment goes off, and they will do everything they can to load my car -- and they do!

Not sure what all the fuss is about. They clearly state that their job is to get the vehicle to the destination port. So the folks who are complaining about incurring destination charges clearly haven't done their homework. No hassle on my end. Vehicle delivered to UAE from USA safe and sound. Called them several times before shipping. They answered all questions. Don't expect overly friendly customer service. They are concise, to the point and get stuff done.
