Justin Hedemark was referred by a legal consultant firm through my company. I went to him because he was most convenient but little did I expect someone very welcoming and knowledgeable. He assisted me in a living will and placing both my properties in a trust. Working with Justin has been so reassuring. I really did not know anything about how to deal with my mother's trust when she passed away last summer. Justin is judicious (what a great word!) and thoughtful and does not rush a client. He explains every step clearly. He makes a client feel like he or she is his only concern on earth. What I especially appreciate is his patience. We were literally sitting down to sign the papers and I had a last-minute change.
I was expecting a rolling of the eyes--- but he just took it in stride.  He's a class act, a scholar and a gentleman.

I started working with Hilary two years ago after my mom passed away without a will or trust. Hilary was patient, comforting, and responsive throughout the entire process giving my brother and I, advice about how to navigate through different scenarios as we tried to understand how to proceed with our mother's husband/our step dad.

My wife and I finally decided that we were long overdue in getting our legal affairs in order - will, living trust, medical directives, power of attorney, etc. So glad we found Hilary!
