Will Phillips has practiced law in Mobile since 1998 when he and David Greene formed Greene & Phillips. Will and David were friends in law school at Jones School of Law in Montgomery-Will's home town.
Before law school at Birmingham-Southern, Will Phillips was the co-founder and President of a student environmental group, BSC Conservancy, that was awarded the 1000 Points of Light award from then President George H.W. Bush for its model aluminum and glass recycling center.Will later served as SGA President his senior year.

I honestly don't know who writes these reviews. I've only saw a few negative reviews on them and those are the only ones I agree with. And I don't see anything here that allows me to post a picture of myself so some of these are definitely inside jobs. Britt stopped returning my calls after they took most of my money and I will never refer them to anyone again. Very displeased with the service and they got more than half of my money. And invited another attorney to over charge me to do what they were not qualified to do. I know when accidents occur we look for someone to help and take care of the

Literally the worst place ever to go. My wreck was in November and I didn’t receive payment til months later which is understandable, but up until that time there was absolutely no communication. I found out information if I called. I called to get information one day and they asked when was I coming to the office as if I knew I was supposed to in order to fill out paper to receive my check. The day I went to sign those papers, which was maybe 3 days before receiving my check, I was informed that my lawyer/case manager (whomever he was) quit without notifying them causing them to not notify me

Jessie is truly Awesome!!!! What a Super addition she is for the firm!! My husband was badly injured in a work accident. He had a broken collarbone, shoulder injuries, head injuries, severe bruising to his entire right side. We had Cody Poe as our attorney. After a year he left and we were forced to have Chase Davis who didn't even discuss anything with us. He said work comp was only offering a certain amount. Less than 1/3 if what Cody was fighting for. He stated we need to accept it because due to my husband's disability, he is bipolar and on medication, we would lose in court and they didn't want to spend money for specialists. This was just after covid started

Got injured and used this firm. Lawyer I had didn't really care and got me a little bit. Couldn't understand why he gave up on my case, then learned he was moving on to another firm. He made a deal with the other lawyer without my knowledge and 5 years and 4 more surgeries later, i am still not able to work and the small amount he made me think was all I could get is gone. Beware of the lawyers here. The one i got was only out for his money and not for the help I needed.
