Whenever I have a tech problem, hyphent is one phone call away, they recently provided me onsite support and set up several new Dell workstations, helped me with setting up custom configurations for each workstation. Our servers were obsolete and due for an upgrade, Hyphenet gave us a competitive bid and provided us with a high end, top quality, and future proof machine. But at a price our budget could handle. Not a great experience.
Hyphenet advertises that they can rescue your data files from encrypted RANSOMWARE
-They CANNOT!!!
They told me to just pay the ransom to get the decryption key, then sent me on my way.
Two-Stars only bcuz the IT guy was knowledgeable,
-But they can't do what they advertise on their website

My mother had some issues with her computer. It locked up on her with a message saying, "You have to pay to be able to use your computer again"! Obviously it was some kind of spam.
We called Hyphenet and they were able to help us out without us even taking the computer into the store. They worked on the computer remotely and removed the Trojan that was infecting the computer. Very reasonable prices, and great customer service!
