He specializes in providing consulting services centered around data security, data protection, and disaster recovery solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Emergency response time is one hour or less guaranteed. A live person will answer your call, or you can enter a service ticket yourself online with our streamlined service ticket system.
Once you Login, you have complete visibility to your service records. New Service Ticket: A new service ticket is generated with a ticket number that can be used to track your request via the Customer Portal. Automatic Acknowledgment: You get an automatic acknowledgment that your request has been received and logged.

I have been working with Marco for over 20 years, even before NetLogix was born. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Even in crisis - when isn't it a crisis in the IT world? - they come through most professionally, quickly, knowledgeably, and with great attitude, regardless of how many times I need to call them in an hour's time. I would recommend NetLogix to anyone looking for a company to help them with their IT needs.

I worked with Netlogix as a former employee of the company and I have never seen a company that holds such high standards. Marco, the owner, impresses upon his staff the importance of being fair and honest, and approaching situations in creative yet effective ways. In the years that I worked there, I never once felt that Netlogix wasn't working for the best interest of the client.

My experience in dealing with Netlogix has always been positive. They are responsive when contacted by phone or email. If they cannot handle the issue immediately, they will respond within a few hours. And if it's an emergency, they are right on it. Specifically, six of our computers needed upgrading. Working with Jeremy was fantastic. He kept me informed about the process and anticipated any possible snags, all done with an easy going attitude. Netlogix continues to provide the most conscientious IT service for us!

My firm has used NetLogix for many years. They are incredibly responsive and personable. They really care. Thursday night my home computer was hacked. I was able to reach NetLogix at 6:30 pm, and got immediate assistance and relief. A real life saver as I was leaving for a 2 week vacation the next day.

It is very rare in today's World to find people who truly want to help out when things go awry, especially when dealing with computers and databases.
As I have had so many technical issues, I have found that Chris Parent is the right fit for the job. He doesn't use band aids, he actually fixes things and is very attentive. He is eager to help and work with other companies that are also trying to fix similar problems.
I have been fortunate to have Chris check in on me from time to time to find out how things are going.
