Jorge Aspajo is the best tech person I have ever had. I recently purchased a new HP laptop from Best Buy as well as had new office installed. Somehow in the process the Geek squad could not get my email account to work. I could neither send nor receive them. I had both in store and their 1 800 overseas "experts" try and fix this problem. I was without email for 3 weeks I had six different techs work on it, none of them fixed the problem. As soon as I explained the problem to Jorge, he told me exactly what the problem was and fixed it !!!

Jorge did a phenomenal job with my MacBook Pro. He was very responsive, courteous and managed my expectations very well. His turn around time was less than 24 hours and he really helped me out of my jam. He was able to recover my data and I am eternally grateful that he was able to save me when I was unable to. We have a retail showroom on Miramar Road in San Diego. Yesterday our phone, computer, printer, Internet including wifi went down, effectively shutting down our business. Our tech support is based in Utah and was not able to provide onsite support. Our sales staff is not particularly technical and were unable to successfully trouble shoot over the phone with the Utah IT team. I called San Diego IT Support, explained what was happening, and within 45 minutes Jorge arrived. It took him less than an hour to get everything up and running. Great overall service and fairly priced. We will call them again
