If you've ever sat down for a meal at Marigolds, you will notice the bright colored curtain that separates the kitchen from the tables. Constantly in motion, the curtain sways back and forth as the ladies of Marigolds walk in and out greeting friends, family, old customers and new faces with big smiles, hugs and of course, yummy food.

Stumbled through here on a hectic day and had a delicious lunch... one of the best salads I've had in a while. The staff was super nice, they had some cute gift things you can buy as well so I picked up some local coffee. The sitting area outside is lovely, there's a big fountain and plenty of seating. I would absolutely come back here.

We were looking for a quick healthy option for lunch without going to a restaurant as we were pressed for time. We walked in and they have the options up on the chalkboard. They all sound delicious. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 small side salads that were in the fridge and some drinks. $75!! I was a little shocked but figured the sandwich would be worth the price. Nope. Lots of bread but lacked the chicken. Very disappointed honestly if you're going to charge those prices for a takeaway you need to make it a better experience.

Was seated by hostess with my daughter and was told someone would be over with menus and water. Food runners and 3 servers waited on other tables around us. Never looked at us and treated as though we were invisible. After 15 minutes we walked out unnoticed. Acknowledge a customer and if you are busy let them know you will be with them shortly. It was between breakfast and lunch and not that busy at the time. We will not be back! Would rate zero stars if possible.

Marigolds is a hot mess of a restaurant. On two separate occasions, they have made me wait over an hour for food that was supposed to be ready sooner. On the first occasion, I never received my food and I had to ask for it to be canceled. The second time, my food arrived after an hour and a half. When I called, the staff gave different answers as to where my food was. The first time I called they told me it was with the delivery person. The second time I called they then admitted they were backed up. The third time I called, they told me the food was delivered when it was not. What is disappointing

This café is the best in town! I often call in my order to pick up or I order lunch and dinner through the tap food app and have it delivered. The waitresses are extremely friendly and treat you as if you were their best friend. I love the warm environment and the market place takeout food. Not only is the food delicious but you leave with a smile on your face.

It was a beautiful establishment and the workers were very friendly, the problem I had was the salad station is located right behind the curtain to the front of the building in view of the customers. The ladies making the salads weren't wearing masks the entire time they made the salads.. I called and expressed my feeling's and was told by Owner that everyone is vaccinated that works in the establishment, and they are not required to wear masks in the kitchen as well as there is no proof that COVID is transferred via food. How does the public know that all of your employees are vaccinated

Ordered on their website, received text confirmation that order was accepted and would be ready in 20 minutes. Drove over and waited on a 20 minute line to be told despite my text message that my order was accepted, it was not actually accepted and that they could not fulfill the order. Wasted close to 45 minutes and never received any food. Would not have been a problem if upfront had been told order wasn't accepted; but to say it was accepted and only after I drive over and wait in line tell me it is not is just poor treatment of customers.

Marigolds is the best. We always get the house salad and the Figaro sandwich, then switch things up with an extra salad or sandwich to try something new. The Palo Alto salad is pretty good but nothing compares to the house salad dressing (we buy bottles of it for home). If you want a sweet treat, try the raspberry bars - they are delicious!

This was our first visit to Marygold’s. The staff was very welcoming when we entered and made us feel at home. The restaurant was well decorated and the fire place was a nice touch. The waitress and bus staff were knowledgeable about the menu and are very courteous. The bartender made excellent cocktails that not only tasted great but were visual appealing. The food was fantastic. I had the pork cheeks and my wife had the roasted chicken. The chef and his staff did a great job. The macaroons and cheesecake for dessert were a great way to finish the meal. I highly recommend that you give it a

I LOVE YOU GUYS/LADIES...Have been coming here for years and love the homemade sandwiches and soups plus the friendly service. Easily my most frequented establishment in Summit. BUT GUYS/LADIES - please be careful of the SALT content in the souls...please??? The chicken and rice has been really salty 2x in a row. We can always add our own salt.

Why isnt anybody talking about the marigold's house salad? Its the best goat cheese ive had in a salad, periodt! The dressing is so yummy, and the fruits and evrrything just goes so well with it! They got my order wrong last time and gave me mona lisa sandwich, which i didnt really cared for too much, all i can taste is the charred chicken and its too thick, its all i can say. My co workers love that sandwich but not for me i guess. The soups are also good i love their soups!

Tried to order salads at 2:45 pm for my mom's bday dinner and they said they shut the grill off for the day at 2:30 (even though they are open until 5:15pm and deliver until 8pm) and can't take orders. It was the manager too, didn't want to put another order in (also why do you need the grill for salads?). Have had great food here in the past but this was a real bummer.

I probably shouldn't be writing this review right now, since I was starving when I picked up my salad and pissed at Chopt that their website was giving me a lot of password trouble. But this place is super cute. It's literally hidden from the street; you have to walk into the little sidewalk park on the side of Mondo. They had awesome looking mini berrie pies and cookies, too bad I'm trying to lose weight right now.
My salad was large, fresh, and really good. It came with a chunk of foccacia bread. I ordered online and they have a tall case with shelves where bags of food were waiting

If you don't mind being told where you can sit as though you are a misbehaving child, go here. It takes a lot of audacity to tell two customers that they must battle through a space crammed with people at the lunch hour to a corner table because the table they initially selected had three chairs. Zero etiquette or concern for the customer experience here. Rude really.
The staff is very strange. They appear to resent you for being there.

Great little breakfast and lunch spot off the beaten path in downtown Summit with a cute, but small interior. I enjoyed the Vermont salad, which was fresh greens, blue cheese, and walnuts. Delicious and a nice portion. The bf devoured his pesto panini which was served with a bag of chips.
Our server, nate, was very friendly. Overall, a great spot to eat, but a bit pricey.
