I stopped in for the first time early this week, ordered a breakfast platter with French and it was absolutely delicious, so I stopped in a second in a week lol food was excellent portions was fair and balanced kinda costly but the food was worth it..second time I wanted to food I called my order in and it was jus coming off the grill as I was walking in… so I’ll be a regular since I’m always in the area working

My review is directed at the owner Brett V. The owner Brett harassed another business in NYC and lied about it. How can you act like an entitled person, when you were handed a family business attacking another family business. It is sad; I will not come back after I saw the review you wrote.

Ordered several sloppy joe platters from Ike's for a party last weekend. The meat sandwiches had 4 types of cold cuts with coleslaw and Russian dressing. The smokies had egg salad, whitefish salad and nova with lettuce, tomatoes and red onions
They were delicious and disappeared quickly. The portions were generous and the sandwiches came with pickles and coleslaw. Best deal in town!

Everyone knows about the staff turnover and service being slow. I looked past it because the bagels are great. I looked past one of the guys behind the counter wearing a tank top during the summer exposing his chest hair (which had poppy seeds in it) but this morning, one of the more competent and consistent ladies behind the counter dropped a bagel on the floor. Let it sit for a second to not make it obvious and then proceeded to pick it up and bag it in someone’s order. (If management is interested in more details. Check your cameras around 9:08am. Rainbow bagel)

Having lived in NYC for few years, I expect my bagel to taste a certain way. This bagel was not just delicious but the bread to cream cheese ratio was on point with a dollop of cream cheese stick in between. Came here on route to a early soccer game and this was a perfect start to the day. Will definitely eat here if I am around here. Highly recommend for bagel n cream cheese.

Great bagels friendly service in a timely manner AND.... Flavored cream cheese... try IKE's it has everything you'd want and more an instant favorite!!

1st time there! The bagels were so big and fluffy. The Taylor ham (pork roll, lol), egg and cheese hit the spot! My son said the best he's ever had!

Since this place was recently sold, the quality of the food shows. If you order a bagel with butter, you might as well order a bagel by itself. That's how little butter they put on it. But, if you order a bagel with cream cheese, you need to squeeze it out and discard the extra. They put way too much in it. There's no consistency. The coffee gives heartburn. I have been back. It was family run before but have no idea who runs it now. I don't recommend.

I am a firm believer in the concept of test them on the basics and then go for the specials. If they can do the basics right, it is a good foundation. I was in the area yesterday for a sales meeting and went here for lunch. I ordered a turkey sandwich on an everything bagel with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. Everything was perfect. The bagel was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The turkey was sliced fresh and the lettuce and tomato were fresh and had that perfect crunch to it. I come everyday for my tuna sandwich when I have to work and today was not good day .. I watch how the I guess manager I have a nasty attitude..and I didn't like the way he treated the only black girl working there.. And he had the nerve to get Indignant with her and scoot her out the way..Didnt like that at all not going there no more might just go back and tell her to come to my job and make more money..

Ordered chicken salad on a roll. Meat was tender and it was seasoned just right. Not all chicken salad is created equal but Ike's knows what they are doing. Will be visiting there again.

Who opens at 6:00 am and has no bagels available? ITS A BAGEL CAFE!!! Then when I'll take a croissant with tuna says "yea, we really aren't open, you got to give me like 10 min".. smh no thanks I'll leave. I need to be on time for my job. I walked in at 6:45!!! But not really open. This deserves a zero star review.

You CANT go anywhere to get the best bagels besides NYC, in my opinion, but this place right here!!!!!......SOLID!
Came here on a whim while I visited another place in this little mini mall in Livingston, pass by here all the time and never stop in, shame on me haha!
Been missing THE BEST bagels I have tasted so far from Jerz. There might be many other places out there, but trust me when I tell you that this place is very close to being NY bagel fabulous, and that's saying a lot!

I love Ike's but recently having issue where I'll got pick up my food and it's not ready or they are out of the item I've ordered and don't contact me and each time I've got "sorry were busy".

The bagels are humongous instead of a normal eatable size. I went for the mini bagels since those are manageable. But instead of throwing out rejected hard bent bagels they were sold to me. And I’m not going to be a repeat client.

A wide selection including some chip brands you don't see anywhere else. The foods always good. The bagels are fresh. I'm not sure what else you can say about a good deli. I have no hate. Would ranknit on the slightly pricier side but not extreme.

A weekly staple during the summer. One of the best service in town. The owner is always so welcoming and they have some GF bagel options.

The wheat bagel had little flavor. Asked for salt and pepper on the egg and it was bland. The extra bacon was just a normal amount so I wonder what they put on regularly. The blueberry bagel with strawberry smear was just meh. Maybe we will try again for lunch.

Was in the neighborhood and decided to try Ike's Bagel Cafe. Located in a shopping center on Eisenhower Parkway with plenty of parking spots available. Everyone is masked and behind plexiglass. Nice selection of bagels and friendly service. Note $10 minimum on credit cards. I ordered the Hungry Man which is two eggs, toast beef, cheese, and hash browns on a roll. Just bought a buttered bagel from Ike's this morning and it was disgusting. The butter they use smelled and tasted like grease. And the bagel itself was stale. Never again.

Best bagels in Livingston! Everything is made fresh and in-house, and you can really taste it. Staff could be a bit friendlier, but they are very good about being safe in terms of covid-cautions.

Delicious bagels and the best pastrami Reuben in the area. Not the cheapest, but the portion and the quality are unbeatable! Thank you!

I went here earlier today to get a bagel, it was my first time trying Ike's. I usually don't pass that direction but I saw a sign for it in the shoppes at the Livingston circle and my normal bagel place was out of the way from where I was coming.

I went simple for my order and just got a sesame seed bagel with vegetable cream cheese, not toasted (pictured). It was four dollars and some change because it was a speciality cream cheese but the bagel was a good size and the vegetable cream cheese had nice chunks of vegetables spread throughout. It is one of the better bagels I've had

One of the better bagel spots in the area.
I prefer it toasted with scallion or olive cream cheese.
Their staff is very personable and friendly.
Prices are moderate.
They don't just have bagels - protein shakes, sandwiches, impressive cold foods selection. Plenty of seating and when it's nice outside, outdoor seating.
My go to spot when I need to bring some breakfast in the office.
