Such an incredibly, magical place! Grateful for the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. The property is gorgeous and beautiful. Our room was so awesome and I had some of the best sleep between the peacefulness of the land, energy from Enchanted Rock, and giant king bed! The restaurant was fantastic!
Trois Estate Bed and Breakfast guests will receive a delicious breakfast each morning starting at 9:00 AM in the restaurant. If you would like breakfast delivered to your room please let us know! Enchanted Rock is one of Texas's most intriguing natural landmarks. Located directly across from the Trois Estate, this magnificent pink granite dome has a measured age of one billion years and is among the oldest exposed rock in North America.
At the most basic level, a bed and breakfast is place -- often found in a renovated home, mansion or small hotel -- to spend the night and enjoy breakfast (included in the price of the room) in the morning. But every bed and breakfast is different, and there's no single accepted definition. Innkeepers, travelers, B&B associations, lawmakers and others all tend to have different ideas.

So very disappointed.... I wish I had read more reviews because the positive ones that are posted are almost unbelievable. (maybe it was just our room the Botticelli) I have never written a review before... I usually write it off to bad luck and an experience well learned. But the Trois Estate is just horrible.
I wanted to surprise my husband for his 60th birthday for a getaway, I saw their refund policy of 10 days (no refund after 10 days) I booked 7 days before our stay ~ but with a Website such as theirs why in the world would I cancel Their Website is Fantastic ~
We arrived about 5:00

This beautifully rustic estate has all the peace and beauty you could possibly want! Directly across from enchanted rock, it has so many amenities like a viewing deck to watch the sunset every evening or sunrise every morning, the stars at night are amazing or simply just take in the breathtaking views! There's an underground grotto swimming hole, another outdoor pool, saloon, restaurant and breakfast every morning! Rebecca is a sweet and gracious host and greets everyone like you've known each other forever! The rooms are cozy and rustic, everything is done like a little old western

We wanted to go somewhere off the beaten path to just relax and get away. This was perfect. It's not all luxurious and modern so if that's what you are looking for keep scrolling. But if you want to go someone unique where the owner and staff are so nice. They treat you like family. I really like this place.

Beautiful location, just a stones throw from Enchanted Rock! This place has a lots a charm and the sweetest, most helpful staff! The breakfast Rebecca made us was amazing!!! Delicious eggs and potatoes, bacon, the works! Made a great start to our day of hiking! We came back and enjoyed a soak in the underground grotto that's found through the chapel! Very interesting place! Rooms and the grounds could use a little love. But you can tell the owner and her staff are working on it around the clock! Great people, wonderful vibe. I wish this place the best! Would love to see the progress in a few

We stay here with a group of friends and the first impression was...Wow! It has absolutely a New Mexico style character, it's very inviting. The drive to get there was very impressive as it shows the beauty of the Texas trail. Once we got there we were able to experience Fredericksburg at its finest. It was perfect for our group to share the lodge. We were able to meet other people as well. Food was incredible. Their pizza was fenomenal and the service was incredible. They had a music band on Saturday night that was pleasant to hear. We end up both nights in the saloon to complete the day

A large group of us decided to try this place out over the weekend for a "couples" get away. We stayed in The Lodge, which has a fun common area with our rooms steps away. The rooms were also just renovated and cute as a button! Felt very Fredericksburg!! Saturday when we got back from town they had a crawfish boil and very talented duo singing in the courtyard. The property owners were able bring all the guest together where we all hung with new and old friends. We will be back!!!

Like a previous reviewer, I also felt like we might be murdered. Such was the vibe of this place.
We had booked two nights here but it was so awful we ended up staying one. I really wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. If you really want to try this place book a different place in town first, then take the time to drive out to the property, walk around a bit, maybe ask if you can see a room (if anyone is in the office...good luck). Then you will be glad you didn't book here.
Below is an email I sent to the owner that details what

By far one of the greatest places I've been too in forever! This place gave me great energy upon arrival and it also was a very friendly and family oriented place. Rebecca the owner is such a kind, caring soul who wants every person to enjoy their stay thoroughly & will do anything to achieve that ! Her recent staff has also come on board and began cleaning the place up, and opened more spots on the property to make the stay just that more better ! The property has an underground pool in a cave, and a pool outside ! It also has an archery range that's available at all times ! The

I don't even want to give this 1 star! My husband and I stayed here back in 2011 and it was a 5 star place so we returned on Sept 3 2019. When we arrived we thought it was closed and abandoned! The place is in such disrepair and falling apart. The website is obviously not updated and has pictures from 8 years ago because it looks nothing like the website anymore! The restaurant and bar are closed and used for storage areas. Landscape is not maintained. Broken down vans on the property. Fabric tacked to the windows rather than curtains. A shower stall insert with a liner only. Walmart

This is a really awesome place to stay if you are possessed by a demon or have an entity attached to your energy field.
Creepy is a word that doesn't do this place justice.
When we arrived, there was no staff to greet us, just an envelope with a map and a key.
We wandered into the wrong room, which was some room with a LOT of taxidermy. When I say a lot, I mean that it was like a zoo, except all the animals were dead.
Afterwards, we kept making jokes about how we were going to get murdered in our sleep or hacked into pieces at night.
I think their TV had 4 channels, so I ended up watching

I can't say enough about Trois Estate. We first stopped in for a collectibles event almost 7 years ago and they just keep getting better. We recently spent an evening in one of their guest suites. After checking in, we saw the owner, Rebecca, as we took a walk around the property. We were discussing driving back into town for dinner. Instead, Rebecca invited us to eat with her. She had a guest chef on property who was well renowned. The food was amazing. We shared some great wine and even better conversation. To say we felt at home could not be more accurate. The bed was so comfortable. We

Amazing potential ... but unfortunately disappointing.
The location alone puts this place at 5 stars to start. It sits on a hill just one mile from Enchanted Rock. However, my wife and I walked the entire grounds and couldn't find a single clear view of it. The main reason is the observation deck that appears to be the perfect spot for a great view is closed and in disrepair.
The lack of views and broken down deck are echoed throughout the property with a general lack of thought regarding design and overall state of disrepair. Honestly, none of it is horrible, it just all adds up to a

We chose to come here for our anniversary as it looks romantic and off the grid. Unfortunately the pictures are as outdated as the mattress. The sofa and curtains were dirty. The door on the side had an opening that went to the main walk way and as people including the owners went by at all hours we could hear every word.
The good is it is a very beautiful location with lots of native plants and flowers. The people are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and when I asked about coffee I was told it was available in the kitchen early, and it was fresh and strong!
I really wanted to love

My husband and I checked into Trois Estate at around 8:30 pm. Upon our arrival at the front gated entrance to the estate, we were delighted to see the beautiful terracotta buildings and wildlife around the property.
However, upon entering the Titian room suite, I must say we were very disappointed in the lack of upkeep and discrepancy between the pictures of the suite that were shown online and the condition of the room in real life. The bed posts were covered in cobwebs, there was a crack in the floor of the shower which was hidden by a bath mat, the stained glass window in the bathroom was

If you can go to this place, GO. My fiancé and I stopped here after a friend casually mentioned it. This place is just amazing, magical, healing, and inspiring. You have a fabulous view of Enchanted Rock, which is one minute's drive away. It's also just 15 miles from a fabulous little German town called Fredericksburg. This is one of the most romantic places I've ever stayed. It's impossible not to feel totally in love with whoever you share this experience with.

This place was highly recommended to me by a co-worker and he was not wrong. First off let me say the room was awesome. Cielo Bovedo was the name. The rustic look and feel transported me back to a small village town almost as if I was in Mexico. The Church and Hidden pool were cool, it felt as if you are truly in an underground cave. From the greenhouse observation deck you can see Enchanted Rock, there you can relax on the swinging bench and enjoy the sunset. The Wine retreat was very detailed from the chandeliers to the art displays on the wall and the vast selection of fine wines. The best part

With our wedding date drawing closer, my fiancé (now husband) and I were researching Bed and Breakfasts in Fredericksburg to have a little mini-honeymoon. We finally stumbled upon the Trois Estate. We were thrilled with the uniqueness. We immediately booked our online reservation.
Wedded bliss occurred for my husband and I this past Monday the 14th. The day after, we excitedly ventured to the estate. The drive was GORGEOUS. Around 3:30, we reached the large antler-clad gates of the estate. The road up was extremely narrow and sharply winding and we were both praying another car didn't come
