Located just a few miles from Fredericksburg and right in the heart of many of the Hill Country Wineries' this 1925 farm home has been transformed into an elegant, romantic home away from home. Over 300 acres surround the house great for walking and enjoying nature. Guests are welcome to drive or walk to the Pedernales River and bring fishing equipment to try your luck.
Among the Pecans has two separate suites that are each luxurious and comfortable and PRIVATE. This most extraordinary ranch house suite is located just a few miles from Fredericksburg and right in the heart of many of the Hill Country Wineries. Suite 1-The bedroom has a comfy queen iron bed with satiny coverlet and 600 count luxury sheets.

We had our wedding at the Monarc Ranch April 17th 2021.
It was perfect. The accommodations were wonderful, Monica helped me every step of the way with the decorations, helping us achieve a wonderful memory with family and friends. We stayed at one of the cabins they have right on the property, as a honeymoon suite and it couldn't of been more perfect. I highly recommend the Monarc Ranch for any event no matter his small or big.

Among the Texas Stars was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway. The private hot tub under the stars was amazing. It felt like no one was close to us for miles. The fresh baked goods, milk, and eggs were a great extra! We were only 15 minutes from town, which made going to dinner easy. We forgot to print our permit for Enchanted Rock. I sent Monica a message and she brought us a printed copy so we didn't have to waste time finding a place to print on our way. The wood stove reminded me of life growing up in Vermont. The bed was comfortable. We wish our stay could have been longer!

Spent the New Year’s weekend here. This Among the Texas Stars cabin is literally minutes from the wineries/vineyards. The central location is equidistant to Fredericksburg in one direction or Johnson City in the other. Thoughtful touches everywhere from celebration NYE party favors to the homemade biscuits and stocked fridge. No amenity was forgotten including extra blankets, makeup towel (women know), and a space heater that does the best job keeping us warm during the SNOWY weather. The kitchen had everything needed when we stayed in to make pizza (even flour was available!). My dog came with

Our son got married at Monarch Ranch yesterday. It was amazing and just the perfect venue for his bride and him. Monica was the most gracious host and went over and above to accommodate us! If you are looking for a quite, private place for a gathering; you gotta check them out. Thank you Monica and family for making their day so special!!
