Excellent quality control. Ken, the Head of Welding, is great at what he does. He taught me a lot. I'm very good with metal because of him, and know my robots because of him. Everyone here is really good people, and they pay attention to what they do. I enjoyed working here when I did. I should have stayed, but I had higher ambitions. If I would have stayed, I wouldn't be about 13 years behind where I want to be. I might have gotten ahead. As I work in other places, I have a tendency to notice the lack of attention to detail. Most places are worried about Micro Managing. They don't understand how
