I went in for a Brazilian wax... I have gotten many of these waxes before at places like European Wax Center and other known waxing businesses, so I went in with high expectations. First of all the name of the salon that she works out of is not "Shear Bliss", second of all there is no separate room for waxes, and I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Now into the wax, she used a new applicator, but did not change the applicator each time she dipped into the wax, which is DISGUSTING. She also did not have me in the proper "butterfly" position. What a great experience! I needed a hair cut and a new look in the worst way, and Lori did a wonderful job! Lori takes the time to really figure out what you want, how much time you want to spend styling your hair in the morning, your style... Hair cuts include a relaxing scalp massage, high-end holistic products, and styling at very reasonable prices. She takes her time and really pays attention. Hang on to the business card and after 6 visits, get a huge discount on your next cut!

Right before Graduation i desperately needed a hair cut. I went to school for 4 years in Amherst but i never had my hair done in that area. I was so afraid to go to someone new because no stylist ever listens. I found this salon online and decided to try it out. When i walked in Lori sat me down and really got to know what i wanted (one on one). She even gave suggestions like highlights and i went through with it. I loved it!!!! The best haircut/ color i have ever had. Now it is time for another haircut and I am going to drive 2 hours just to go to her. Not only does she listen to you, she is great
