I live in NYC.My twin sister passed away on April 8. 2020. The Sacramento Coroner's office recommended 2 places too me, so after making a decision l chose ABC CS,. What a roller coaster. It doesn't seem, like the girls that assist can't clearly explain the process. I had questions after the back and forth. So yesterday May 8th, Cory got on the phone because the third girl couldn't answer my questions. FINALLY l got all my questions answered and now the Cremation can HOPEFULLY begin. This took a month. Today is May 9th.SMDH.

Dealing with a death is hard enough ,and can be expensive, but going through ABC was the best thing I could have done,great pricing an very helpful and caring staff, they made everything about me and my needs and not the money ,that's what you get with real people at a family owned place ,special thanks to Chelsea and Chrissy for helping me with everything I had concerns with ,thank you again so much
