By selecting Sierra View as your cremation provider, you are guaranteed that your loved one will be treated with the utmost dignity and respect. They will always be in our care, throughout the entire process, as we adhere to high standards and strict protocols to ensure that the entire process is seamless.
All prices listed are package selections which offer a discount off of our itemized General Price List. Packages are only available if the casket is purchased from one of our funeral establishments. The prices do not include cash advance items, taxes or cemetery charges. Prices are for services being held Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Craig is President of Sierra View Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Affordable Cremation & Funeral Centers, El Dorado Funeral & Cremation Services, Nor-Cal Crematory and Caring Pet Crematory. He is a licensed funeral director Lic. Andrea assists the owner, Craig Strunk with the day-to-day operations of the company.
Your loved one never leaves our care. We own and operate our own crematory so that we can provide careful, dignified handling of every cremation, which insures against mis-placing or mis-identifying loved one's remains. This practice, in turn, enhances our "Families Peace Of Mind, " knowing all cremations are done on site by trained cremation specialists.
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.

Sierra View was very courteous and helpful to our family during my mother's end of life process. Jill was our funeral director and contact person from start to finish. Jill was always very supportive, professional, caring and kind which made our experience of losing our mother tolerable. I will use sierra view again if needed. It’s a weird thing to write a review for a funeral home. It’s a place we’d happily avoid forever if life allowed.
We had the funeral service for my dad yesterday and I cannot thank Matt and the Sierra View staff for their help, care and kindness towards our family. Matt was phenomenally supportive, knowledgeable and made a a very hard thing just a little less hard.
The person that prepared my dad’s body for the service did an wonderful job and gave us the precious gift of seeing our dad one last time.
Thank you so much to all of you. It means more than you know.

If I could give Sierra View more stars, I would. I researched many locations and saw they had the best reviews. Our family worked with Jessycah and she is absolutely amazing. We lost an amazing man in our family very suddenly and we were having a hard time dealing with the great loss. We came to Sierra View with many questions that were quickly answered and with empathy. Jessycah made the process of planning easy. She was extremely accommodating and flexable. She made sure we were comfortable with all the decisions and worked with us with our own ideas for the funeral. The pricing was very fair

We used their services for my Mother In-Law and was extremely happy. I found them to be compassionate, caring and respectful. Their Cosmetologist made my Mother In-Law look natural and beautiful. She looked peaceful, her make up was lightly and expertly applied and her hair softly curled. She would have been happy.
