Dr. Kennedy started his practice after receiving his DDS from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2005 and has been serving North Knoxville ever since. Dr. Stansbury, a graduate of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, has worked with pediatric and adult patients, so he is comfortable treating all ages.

Dr. Nickita Zaveri, a Knoxville native and lifelong Vols fan, has been helping patients improve their oral health since 2015. Dr. Z enjoys coming to work each day for many reasons, but her favorite part of the job is working with our awesome team! Dr. Z attended East Tennessee State University, where she majored in chemistry and minored in business administration.

After moving to the Powell area, I did a lot of research to find another good dentist closer to my new home. I quickly found Kennedy Dentistry and gave them a try for my cleanings and crown work. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The wait room is always clean and comfortable, with a range of seating options. Although I've been treated by numerous dentists here, I usually get seen by Dr. Z who is outstanding! She takes her time to get things just right and is tender and careful in my mouth. She also has an awesome chair side manner and is very personable. I love this dentist

Wonderful dentist and great office! Picked them because they are close to home, but the whole family has changed to this office because they are so amazing! Dr. Z and Dr. Kennedy are both amazing dentists who really care about their patients. Dr. Z worked hard to ease my worries (previous dental fears.... gone now thanks to her!) and now my whole family enjoys a trip to the dentist!

I had my first visit a few days ago. Very good experience! Lindsey and Dr Z were very friendly and took time to answer any questions I had. They took time to explain a future procedure I'm going to be having, and I never felt rushed or like I was being hurried through my visit there. Fun atmosphere!

Great experience again from the new hygienist which I’m terrible with names the first time I meet someone but I remember faces and this hygienist from NewOrleans was top notch as have all the hygienist at Kennedy. Dr Z was and as always a great dentist. Usually you dread being at the dentist office but the staff always makes you feel like family.

Had a great visit at Kennedy Dentistry yesterday. Staff were inviting, seemed happy to see me and do work for me. Due to COVID, I’d not been there in over a year. They always appear to be interested in their patients’ well being and engage in an acceptable, non-prying, but personal way. I call that quality plus+++. Kennedy Dentistry is awesome. I always dreaded to go to the dentist but my visits were painless and stress free. I had not been to the dentist in a few years so needed some work but so far it has been great. I really like the people I have dealt with and the office is very nice and efficient. I have had no Covid concerns as everything is clean and sanitary. I am really impressed with this dentist office.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Knoxville a few years back. As someone that has an extreme fear of the dentist, I cannot recommend this office enough. The hygienists are always friendly and calming, and Dr. Kennedy is such a wonderful dentist. He’s very personable and has put me at ease during my several cavity fillings and getting a crown. I’m very grateful I found him and his office, it’s been such a blessing.
Update: I had an appointment recently with Dr. Stansbury for the first time, and he is just as calm and attentive as Dr. Kennedy.

My initial visit last week was for consultation. I arrived a little nervous but left very satisfied with my decision to use Kennedy Dentistry. Dr. Stansbury & his dental assistant spent almost an hour getting my history, doing ex-rays & explaining treatment options. Everyone in the office was super nice & professional, & I'm looking forward to seeing them again soon to get started on my treatment plan.

I came to Kennedy Dentistry several years ago on a spur of the moment recommendation for emergency crown repair. I never left. I just had my bi-annual cleaning and checkup, no surprises. Everyone is so personable and takes a genuine interest my well being. In addition to being personable and genuine, this is the most professional dentist office I have ever been to.
