Lori spent nearly 14 years at a multidisciplinary healthcare practice as a front desk receptionist and then patient care coordinator. She brought that experience to the My Family Dentistry team in 2020 to oversee scheduling, coordinate financial arrangements, and ensure that everything in the office is running smoothly.

I have been going to Dr. Mullins for years. He is the nicest dentist I have ever been to. I love that he explains everything to you and is not pushing you to do lots of different things regarding your teeth. He takes his time with you, no rushing in and ot. The office girls are very friendly and that is what I have always loved about this office. They are very christian oriented. I love it, canot say enough about this office.

I have been a patient for a few years now. Dr. Mullins is always very kind and attentive to ease my anxiety. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and do well to communicate to me how I can use preventative measures to help my oral health. They even give me advice on how to help and train my 7 month old son to have great dental and oral hygiene. I know I can trust them and that gives me great peace of mind.

I’ve been going to My Family Dentistry for several years and I can’t recommend them enough! Dr. Mullins and the ENTIRE staff are amazing. I’m always a ball of nerves when it comes to the dentist, but I always feel like I’m in great hands when I’m in this office. They’ve helped my husband get better sleep through their sleep study program & have helped me lessen the amount of headaches I was experiencing by working with me to get to the root of the problem.

Very nice office staff.first time I met the doctor he was very thorough and explained what was going on and what was needed for a family member. He was Kind caring and patient with questions and helpful. I switched myself and four of my children. They understand I have a child with special needs and said they are happy to see him. I look forward to seeing this dentist office.

I have been going here for over 2 years now and cant be happier with the experience. I have had the opportunity to talk to all the staff and can say that they are the most friendly and knowledgeable dental office I have ever been to. The family environment they have is something that isn't seen any more and makes me very thankful I found them. :)

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist based in Johnson City and I travel all the way to Knoxville to see the team at My Family Dentistry for my cosmetic work. Kate is always especially kind to me and helps keep my nerves down. I always have a great conversation with all the girls there and share laughs. Caroline at the front always remembers the small details about you which is comforting. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
