I have always gone to the big, commercial eye places, until today!! Dr Burke and his staff greeted me when I walked in with genuine smiles and offered me something to drink while I browsed the selection. Kim was wonderful to work with and explained things to me that I never thought to ask. I will recommend them to everyone and will never go to that big commercial place again!

Oh my! I'd been putting off a checkup of my eyes for a long time now and the first thing I asked myself as I walked out of this establishment was "Why did I not find 4Sight iCare sooner?!"
Kim and Angela were very friendly and professional, greeting me warmly as soon as I walked in and setting my expectation for the steps to follow, and how long the entire process would take.
Ayesha walked me through every test that she conducted, ensuring that I was comfortable with each of them and explaining what the test results would indicate.

Dana and Dr. burke were amazing. Took their time to help me and my husband pick out the glasses and contacts. Even the lady at the end believe her name was Kim was great too. Dr burke is friendly and knowledgeable he was very informative about all the questions I had. Actually enjoyed this annual eye exam.

If I could do zero stars I would. I went to see this doctor and was told lots of false comments about my sight, that I am losing my sight BUT to try contacts. I was given a $99 eye exam for contacts, plus the regular exams then had glasses made. 2 pairs of eye glasses later (February to April) has two pairs made with wrong RX. First was computer only glasses. Why the heck would I want those when I clearly went there saying my glasses did t allow me good Clear vision to drive or read.

So disappointed. I called to cancel one of three glasses just an hour Or two after the order. Left a very clear and firm message. Three days later I get a call saying no we can't. We got your message yesterday ignored it and now you are screwed. I am just fuming here.
I will add more here when my full experience plays out, but I can only say buyer beware. If you get an eye checkup here get your prescription and shop the glasses.

Dr. Burke was so great with my three year old son. He understood that there were some tests that my son was going to resist because of his sensory issues. Dr. Burke was flexible with how to assess my son's eye sight and spent a lot of time with us so that he could give us a good opinion. I would highly recommend Dr. Burke and thank him showing great care during our visit.

I would recommend avoiding this place. My senior mother went to this office and was told that with the prescription he was giving her that she would have 20/20 vision. Once she received her glasses she informed the doctor that she could not see with them. They tried to fix them. When she received the "corrected" glasses, she told them that she could not see well with them. She was pressured to take them home to try them and told she could only send them back once and that she would have to pay if she wanted to have them try again.

This place is legit. Doctor knows what he's talking about. Front desk was very welcoming. Got glasses in a timely matter. Could use more stock of frames but what they have is pretty nice. Pricier then other places but you pay for what you get. Quality of the exam to the customer service has been top notch.

Very disappointed since the reviews for here are so good but maybe its just not the place to take young kids? I was told at my son's kindergarten exam that he needed glasses and was colorblind. Watching the evaluation as a medical professional myself I just felt that my son was not focusing on the questions and following the directions (he is 5) which was very frustrating but obvious to me it was a behavioral issue and not a vision issue. I took my son for a second opinion and talked more with him about what was expected prior to the test. They also took the time to re-explain the test that
