By far the worst management possible.
Tim and this company do not care about their tenants at all. Told me heād give me a good review and I could use him for a reference, then told my new landlords that I was behind on my payments etc. Why tell me to use you as a reference? š¤£
My cousin is a tenant for him. Lost her job due to childcare, he told her to apply for the CERA program. Then days after doing so he tells her he wants her child support as payment, heās taking her to court, all while her cera case is pending- that he suggested. Then he mails her an eviction and court dateā¦. Then

Extremely unprofessional, hard to reach. Late to respond and threatening with 30 day notice to vacate for a malfunctioning furnace XL management failed to properly take care of. Clearly all about taking money from home owners, with little to no actual management of the property!
