This isn’t a review about the doctor but rather about my experience with booking. I booked an initial visit and confirmed it via text. When I got to the office, the receptionist said that because I didn’t answer the confirmation voicemail, they gave my slot to someone else.
I’m a very busy mom of 3 and sometimes don’t even have time to check my voicemails. I can’t believe they would give my slot away, even though I confirmed it via text.

Dr. B is very compassionate and listens. I’ve never felt rushed in any of my visits which is rare nowadays. I truly feel comfortable saying that he’s one of the best doctors that I’ve seen. He’ll send for numerous lab works to figure out what’s going on vs. writing prescriptions to mask your ailments.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Bishwakarma. He takes time and listens to what you are really saying. Doesn't dismiss you. I have had more health concerns these past two years than I have had in my whole life and I feel very comfortable going to him when needed. I lean more naturally to treat things and he also does not frown upon that.
His staff is also SO VERY NICE! They are not just going through the motions. They are kind and caring. We have lovely conversations. Thank you Ladies!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Ahead of time they made sure to confirm my visit, the paperwork at my first visit was straightforward and easy to do.
The nurse is very professional, efficient, and polite. The doctor is very knowledgeable, he was listening to everything I said. He had an answer for any questions I had, and he was very transparent and clear on what he was doing and why he was doing it. The blood work went as well as can be expected. A slight pinch when the needle went in, and two hours later no bruise.
On the way out the receptionist was very nice and gave me the referrals

Dr. Dan did a great job with my first ever health exam. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues . All of the staff was great – they were helpful for everything. I'm so glad I chose Prime Medical Care and would highly recommend to anyone.
