Great during any weather. tent locations as well as RV locations available. friendly staff and service. boat, kayak rentals available. entertainment available often. small kids swing-set and slide. CLEAN bathrooms and showers available. store available for small camping supplies. swimming area with sand for sand play also a huge plus. always a fun time and 100% recommended.

Nice small quiet campground. We loved site #6. Huge with nice tree coverage. Water electric and cable. Lake to swim and boat. HUGE turnoff... The constant smell of sewer 🤮 Our Neighbors were smelling it too 😠Would have loved to give 5 stars because the people who run it were very nice and it's close to home for a weekend trip. Thank for the fire starters. They are awesome!

Such a nice family campground. Owners Mike and Lori super nice and helpful. Recently bought a new camper and needed help trying to figure something out, he came by and made sure I was all set. Then had something happen where the RV place has to come and get my unit, owner again so nice, helpful and understanding. Bathrooms are clean, porta potties at the beach. Beach is just the right size for the campground, lake is beautiful and if you tent, there are some amazing waterfront sites. We will definitely be back. Thank you Mike and Lori for everything

Great place for a Family and pets! Great friendly people! Prices are reasonable quality of service was very pleasent. Nice sized sites very quiet you can really just sit back and enjoy nature! You can buy wood cheap on site. They will deliver the wood to your site as well. They rent boats and canoes, fishing poles as well.

My family and I stayed this past weekend and we will never stay again. The owner/man in the front office is rude and disrespectful, I have never met anyone that felt it was okay to scream at young girls for asking questions regarding the payment for our campsites. They admitted to having cancellations due to the weather and I’m sure trying to get… as much money out of us as possible. The porta potties were disgusting and covered in maggots, and not all of the showers worked. Where does all the money from the campers go? Certainly not for running a well maintained facility. My daughter called and tried to make reservations and the man who answered the phone was so rude she hung up. She called me (her dad ) and when I called he apologized for being so rude to her and said he was having a bad day. We went and rented 3 sights for three nights for ten people. We came and started our weekend with other people coming… after the first night. They tried charging the additional guests even after we already paid. We went to the office and to find out what was wrong the man at the office started screaming right away. I asked him to come calm down and speak calmly to me

This will be our fourth year camping here. We came across it via google the first year, and went for the opening weekend special, which can not be beat. What really draws us back each April is the friendliness and generosity of the owner. Most laid back campground owner we've come across, and yet always working. If you are looking for a resort type camp ground...this is not it. If you are looking for quiet and peace and an occasional "Good morning" from fellow campers or the owner as they walk by, this is your place. Its our first trip every season for the last three years and many more to come
