Located in Worcester County on 1200 feet of waterfront on immaculate Lake Manchaug, our beach is well groomed with a major emphasis on safety for our campers and their children. After dealing with the hustle, bustle and hassles of a Monday through Friday nine-to-five routine, King's offers a welcome relief where the air is clean and the nighttimes are filled with starry skies and the sound of crickets.

Spacious sites offer maximum privacy while the glow of crackling campfires encourages friendships which can endure forever. It is no wonder that so many of King's guests have become seasonal campers, taking a personal pride in enhancing the natural beauty of their 'second homes' in the country. First-time guests are sure to recognize the cleanliness and care, concern and courtesy, which are everywhere to be found at King's.

Lots of fun
Great people good management of the place is very clean nice Beach awesome fire pit some games music and treated us very well.
But the stuff at the store is the only thing that was 35% higher then your average store, so make sure you stop and get your refreshments first before you go there.

Kings “Family?” Campground
Stay away! This was to be our 6th season and our lab puppy got off the deck. The nasty neighbor AKA managers snitch who is whipped, and lying wife who thinks she’s Gods gift called the owner ( who no one else has direct access to) because no one is supposed to bother the “King” and they lied about the dogs. We work hard to keep the dogs from getting loose but it can happen sometimes. It’s a VERY CLIQUE DRIVEN campground. Any time, and it’s rare, they have gotten loose it’s less than a few minutes to get them back. We have zappers when they try to leave

Great place to camp for the week. Sites are roomy enough that you have some privacy. Beach area was clean and a great place to spend the afternoon. Far enough away from the city to feel like you are on an out of state vacation but close enough to shopping if you forgot something at home. Would highly recommend.

The campground has a lot of potential and on the surface appears to be a family campground. Its located on a lake with public boat ramp access across the street. 99% of the campers are seasonal and most have a sense of pride in their community. Unfortunately the management of the campground is where it falls short in so many areas. There is a laundry room on site that has old and outdated machines which often means they aren’t in working order. It is not until you go to check you clothes in the dryer do you discover they are still wet. The electric service is in serious need of an upgrade to

Pleasantly surprised by this campground, stayed here not long ago, seems like they do regular upkeep and it's a great place to get away. Really wonderful spot to bring the kids, great amenities staff were very friendly convenience store was stocked enough to keep us from having to constantly drive out. Great place overall can tell the work that's gone into it, lots of sites and seems to be a pretty active place although they do take the covid precautions seriously.

Great place to camp and there has been so many upgrades over the last year. New septic, electric and now have gate set up with key card. I love the water views as most campgrounds are just places in the woods with nothing else. I looked at the other campgrounds in the area and they were behind the times with everything. I'm not sure were the negative reviews come from besides that it must be someone who doesn't understand the rules and now they lash out against the campground is the only thing I can think of because nothing negative here I could find.

Late review as I tent camped here last year. Nice campground with a lake to boost. Place was clean and other campers seemed friendly. Had live band during my stay and noticed they allowed golf carts too which a lot of camps don't allow. Free wifi too. I'm in process of getting a camper as I write this as family looking to hopefully get a seasonal site here. Check the other sites in the area and was so happy to find this gem of a campground.

Most of the sites here are seasonal folks. But, with that said everyone i met here were very nice. Staff in the store were helpful and pleasant, and the owner was efficient. The lake was nice, with a small beach to bring the kids. Had a nice little playground next to the beach for the kids, would be nice though to have a spot for on shore fishing, only because all the seasonal people had private ways to their docks. The site we had was very uneven so we had a hard time leveling, but we had full hook up.

Camped here the end of September with a few buddies and had a blast! Tough to find ways to have fun in the times we're in, but camping is definitely one of the ways to do so. Staff @ the office was nice, rates are ok and the campground really makes you feel like you're away from the norm. Plenty of stuff to do, great scenery, can tell they take good care of this place. One of the better campgrounds I've stood at!

Kings family campground is a great place to spend time with family and friends. Kids and adults have a blast and make many unforgettable memories. This is the campground everyone should go to. It doesn't matter if you just come to visit you are always welcomed to many friendly faces and the manager is awesome. She will help you to the max and loves all her campers. She is super friendly, understanding and tries to make this campground fun and full with activities and campground holidays! I really recommend this campground. If there is any negative reviews on this campground its probably because
