At a time when so many campgrounds seem to offer you a choice of either location or amenities, Oak Haven is a refreshing alternative with the best of both! Located in the midst of a 90-acre private, wooded preserve, Oak Haven is central to all of the Sturbridge, Brimfield and greater Pioneer Valley attractions.
Unlike so many crowded "parking lots" alongside of busy highways, Oak Haven offers its guests a quiet change-of-pace which symbolizes the small-town lifestyle of rural New England. After dealing with the hustle, bustle and hassles of a Monday thru Friday nine-to-five routine, Oak Haven offers a welcome relief where the air is clean and the night times are filled with starry skies and the sounds of crickets.

I wish I could Oak Haven Campground 10 stars. We were fortunate to have found such a welcoming place when our other campground was not available. Penny and her staff couldn't be more accommodating to our needs. We can't thank them enough for all they do for us and the rest of the campers at Oak Haven!

This is a clean, spacious campground with a playground, game room, and lots of bench swings surrounded by beautiful landscaping. There are several fields with pull through RV sites, and many shaded, beautiful sites for tents or long term stays.
While this campground doesn't have a ton of the features that some others do, it's still family friendly and dog friendly.
My only complaint was that the push button style, low-flow faucets in the bathrooms took awhile to get hot water from and were difficult to use to wash my face, which I have to do 2x a day to avoid massive acne breakouts. Plus, this

Disgusted one of your regular campers came down with covid to the point of being hospitalized and not only were other campers NOT NOTIFIED!!! But she’s back there camping already. You should take more care into campers well being. Robin Blain should NEVER HAVE BEEN ALLOWED BACK WITHOUT A NEGATIVE COVID TEST!!! Your putting my elderly parents who camp there at risk and I’m calling the state Monday to report this complete disregard for safety

We had 2 great sites nice and large, and able to face our other party. The campground is full of seasonals and there all friendly and like family. We couldn’t run 2 things together ever (microwave and a toaster) or anything else. We couldn’t have our TV in and the AC at the same time it kept popping. We went to bingo (with our children) and people had obviously had too much to drink, they were very loud and shouting inappropriate words around children. The owners came right to our site and told us our dog needed to be tied up (which she was) we explained she’s been tied up all along, they

I love this place!! It has honest, hard working people that run it. You will be taken care of here and they have the best rates around. The WIFI is great (has occasional drops), but the fastest I have found at any other Camground and we have been to a lot in the area. The sites are spacious but they only have 30amp service which I am totally fine with. We have a 42ft 5th Wheel and do great with it. The people that come here have been coming here for years so it feels like family. I love it and my kids do too. We will keep coming back!

This is our second Columbus day weekend here at Oak Haven and we love it here. The staff is friendly and inviting. The sights are very spacious and easy to back into. The campground is located close to Sturbridge . We have found several farms, orchards, and breweries with plenty of activities for the whole family . There are a lot of state parks, and hiking trails close by we would even consider coming back for a full week in the summer. I gave it a 5 out of 5 stars because of the decent prices, great location and superior service.

Not sure why the reviews are so good for this place. Most of them refer to how clean it is but isn't "clean" the bare minimum? My expectations were pretty low since I was able to book so last minute for a holiday weekend, but we actually were so miserable there that we packed up and went home after 2 nights of what would have been a 4 night stay.
We have been camping our entirely lives and have never felt so unwelcome at a campground. Clearly they cater to their seasonal clientele and were very under staffed for the influx of transients on the Holiday weekend.
