Family law encompasses some of the most difficult aspects of an individual's life. We provide personal service whether you need help with divorce, child custody, separation of assets, or any of the many difficult issues that we assist with. At Book Law, you'll never be a case number. From your first call, we'll get to know you and your situation personally.
There is no exact timeline or time frame. However, there is a 120 waiting period in the State of Wisconsin before you can be divorced. There is not a one size fits all formula. Our standard divorce retainer is $4,000 and Attorney Book charges $350.00 / hr. We have had cases come in under the retainer and we have had cases cost several thousand dollars more.
