Chapter 13 is a reorganization plan that pays off secured debts and debts not dischargeable under Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The length of the plan is three to five years. The advantages of Chapter 13 bankruptcy is to save a home from foreclosure, save a vehicle from repossession, or because you do not qualify for Chapter 7.

The Law Offices of Gregory T. Ryan handled my case very professionally and proficiently. From the initial conversation to the discharge it was a very positive experience during stressful times. Gregory answered all my questions and things went very smoothly. This is a small law office but I don't believe I would have had the same positive experience with a large law firm.

Greg was very helpful and patient during the filing of my bankruptcy. He also is very knowledgeable about the entire bankruptcy process and laws. Very flexible as well, allowing me to pay his fee, which was the lowest one out of all the attorneys contacted, in separate payments.
