Bryan was great! Very responsive to my text message and when we did talk he was very helpful. We set up a time for him to come check our washer at 2:30pm, I got a call at 2pm telling me he was on site. I wish other major companies were as prompt. Bryan was very detailed and knowledgeable, he answered every question I had and didn’t seem to mind giving me his thoughts and ideas when I asked. I will definitely call him again if I have issues with other appliances. Prices were so reasonable, so give him a call you’ll be glad you did.

On short notice they came out to clean my vents (within an hr of me calling)because I was having issues with he dryer drying the laundry. Luckily the came because they told me that at some point I might have had a fire due the discoloration of the area. Few days later my dryer wasn't working properly and he came back out today and cleared our problem. They were prompt, friendly and prices are incredible. Would recommend to everyone.

My daughter was freaking out when her oven went out today. She bakes lot of pies for Christmas. I asked for a recommendation on the hub and Quality First was recommended. My daughter called and said that he was very professional, showed up on time and fixed the problem immediately. Very reasonable pricing, highly recommend. Thank you for making my daughter happy for the holidays.
