I don't know how this company received a five star review. I called and scheduled an appointment for service and they didn't even write my appointment in their books. When I called to confirm on my appointment day, their appointments were booked for the day and it didn't include mine. Unprofessional!!!

Repair man was not qualified for the job. Spent less than an hour here and refused to even properly diagnose. Very rude and unprofessional. I was appalled at the lack of customer service.
The only positive was that he didn't charge me for something he wasn't qualified to diagnose. *UPDATE** a new technician from a reputable company came out within an hour , diagnosed and repaired. The diagnosis and repair was exactly as I told these clowns at Discount it would be. Buyer beware with this place. The techs are not qualified nor licensed.
