Everyone has an insurance horror story. A policy that didn't pay out when they needed it to; a claim that was denied. My mission is to make sure that doesn't happen to you. I'll make sure your insurance works for you protecting your business, your employees and your family when you need it most. Because an insurance policy that never pays out isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

I've been in this industry for 12 years. I insure StartUps with Directors and Officers and Key-man policies. I cover Building Contractors with General Liability, Umbrellas, Auto and Workers Comp. I protect professional services providers, such as Attorneys, Consultants, and Architects, from errors and omissions claims.

The majority of buyers harbor enormous distrust for the insurance industry, and most believe insurance companies won't pay out for claims - even when they're valid. Worse, when they do need to make a claim, they're punished for it with higher premiums and a more complicated process when it comes around to renewal.
If it was an apartment that your rented, or a house that you purchased, the hard sinking feeling is the same. To transfer the risk of the above, people buy insurance. They assume that if the house burns down, or a pipe bursts, or a tree falls on the house, it's covered. Hippo is a fast new fun hip carrier that uses tech to determine risk, great for less complex risks.
It's the day before closing. Over the last few weeks, or months maybe, your client's offer was accepted, contingencies satisfied, credit approved, down payment deposited into escrow. All you need now is evidence of insurance. And it's 430pm. I want to help you through the insurance aspect of your business, smoothly.

Their home page says "Everyone has an insurance horror story.", claiming that they will avoid that outcome for you. In fact, my horror story was due to them. I broke my finger in October, submitted the claim form in December once I got the medical bills and sent the final bill in January. From early January until the end of March I asked for an update on multiple occasions, to be told that the claim had been submitted, that the problem was the insurance company and on the final occasion that I was welcome to sue them! Shortly after that email, I received another asking me to submit a new claim
