I was referred to Alan's office from my past Seattle agent when I moved back to CA. Everyone at Alan's office is kind, professional and responsive. My husband and I have had a great experience here. We have had their car insurance and recently added rental insurance. We have been happy customers for the last 5+ years and recently just referred another family member and they are very happy as well. Don't use this company. High rates and questionable accounting policies. They will deduct money from your account and tell you check is in the mail. This will never happen. I am out $3K on my accounts that are unaccountable. There's no digital payment options and they overwhelm you with bills for multiple policies. You are better off with an other company. This is borderline fraudulent. Beware

Wendy Cubillo from this office is a work-horse, she thoroughly, patiently, and strategically helped out my insurance needs. I'm now saving EXACTLY $300 a year to insure some personal items of mine.
I absolutely bombarded her with phone calls, emails, asking about every single detail of the policy, and had it adjusted multiple times. It is rare you'll find an insurance agent's office being this dedicated. Often times they don't get back to you, they are short with you, or they are not trying to give you the best coverage at the best prices.

I have been a customer of Alan Chan and Tracy Allio for over a decade (specifically over 14 years). Tracy and Alan have always taken very good care of me as a customer. As a result, I have transferred all of my insurance needs to Tracy's care. During the recent rain storms my family and I unfortunately suffered a flood. We have carpet in our house and our downstairs hallway part of the living room was soaked. We did not have sewer backup coverage (we didn't know there was such a thing!) and decided to put it on our policy. We were declined because we had this recent flood.
My mom spoke directly with Alan and they discussed the facts surrounding the flood and the coverage. Alan was empathetic, attentive, and genuinely concerned. To my surprise, we were granted coverage.
Alan was great! Definitely would recommend!

I think I've had Alan and his dad as my insurance providers since I passed my driver's exam, That's over 30 years! I now have them covering all my home, property and auto needs.
Other than a fender bender when I was in college, i've never really had any major issues til the other day.
Last year I lightly tapped another car that unfortunately was driven by a personal injury lawyer. There was no visible damage to either car but a year later he claimed back problems and lost wages totaling $8k and took me to small claims court.
Fortunately Alan and his team were there

We have (had) been clients of this office for the past three years. I had a great experience with State Farm when I lived in Seattle but in SF, not so much. After making repeated requests to go paperless (and being assured that we had) we continued to receive at least three pieces of mail from them per week. After we married, I had to call on three occasions to ask that my last name be updated on our account. Each time I was assured it had been, and yet every piece of mail showed my maiden name.
