We changed agencies a couple of years ago to Stone Creek who has provided a level of service that my previous agency didn't even come close to. I imagine many people use agents that are local which is not the case with us. I had the pleasure of working with Joseph M. Who right from the start was easy to talk to, made me feel welcome during my call. He answered all my questions and clarified & explained what I needed & should know about my auto policy. He made my change to my new auto policy smooth. Not only was he about getting down to business, but also was personable towards me asking how I was doing, how the day was going etc. It was nice to talk with someone who would go out their way to make the call more comfortable and not just business. Zoraida is a saint!! I can't recommend her enough for commercial insurance! She is very caring and patient, and all of her initial effort was put in to educating me of how to read and understand the insurance policy. Her resourceful nature and diligence really stood out. I'm sure the whole company is great based on the reviews, but Zoraida is truly a gem of a person!
