The credit union was started by a group of Kroger employees who needed a safe place to save and borrow. KEMBA is an acronym for "Kroger Employee Mutual Benefits Association". There are other "KEMBAs" around the country. They are our sister credit unions. We are each individual entities that were originally established to serve Kroger employees in our markets.

I had applied for an auto loan and a representative named Alexandra called me she was rude from the start. I asked her to hold on the o get the address of my employer she was on hold about two minutes and hung up on me when I asked why she lied and said she was on hold 8 minutes which doesn't make sense why should would lie like I wouldn't know how long I had her on hold. Then proceeded to cut me off and said do you wanna finish the application or not. I asked if it was acceptable for her to speak to customers that way she of course had no answer and continued to be rude and dismissive. I refuse

Man I've been dealing with them for the past few months trying to get a loan & everytime they say we got everything we need something else comes up smh just give me the losn when it all boils down to it if i dont pay your taking my house so just let me sign the damn papers geesh. I read the reviews before going to this bank & most of the reviews was good thats what made me want to deal with them but this jennifer lady is so picky i can't take it. She told me she just now signed a loan with someone from Jan wow that is a long time so i guess i won't get approved til Sept😩

I was referred by a friend to Kemba Credit Union in 2012 for an auto loan. My credit wasn't the best and I wanted to finance a vehicle, without a co-signer. Kemba worked with me to get the car I wanted, comfortable payment amount and a good interest rate for my situation...all with great people that were willing to help. I am now going on my third auto loan with them, as my vehicle was recently totaled. Jen is amazingly on top of her game, friendly, easy to work with and knows what she is doing, inside and out. With them reporting to the credit bureaus and me having a pretty good payment history

Just joined a few days ago, so dont really know how good they are, but sure they're great, got great service signing up,but their online banking is terrible ive been trying to sign up for e days know and cant, everything i do just takes me back to where i started,i do almost all my banking online, maybe going back to bank
