I’ve never dealt with a bank that is so ready to charge you for every few they possibly can. Oh and wait your were negative for a day? Let’s lock your account even thought your account is back in good standing. I’ll be calling to close my accounts soon. Bank anywhere else.

I’ve been with this credit union for many years.
I moved to another side of town but kept them.
I use a nearby credit union for deposits & withdrawls. They text me if there seems to be a fraud alert to let me say yes or no to a charge. I have no issues on this side. My gripe is... I can’t connect my family horizon bank accts on accounting softwares to download my transactions NOR can I connect to finance budget apps because they don’t partner with third party
PLAID as all the others do and they block MINT as I tried that too. Their own platform for tracking expenses is HIGHLY GENERIC!

Terrible customer service. I have not received any kid of statement from them. When I log in to my account, there is no information regarding my balance or my monthly payment for auto loan. Very rude when I called to get it resolved. Said they don't know why it's like that and to "I guess just call every time" So unprofessional.

I would give them less than 1 star if possible. I would share with you all the ways they tried to RIP me off, a customer who once had mortgages, car loans, checking accounts and credit cards through them, but they would probably sue me as a final insult. So just trust me stay away, or check your accounts very closely.

This place is very unprofessional. I’ve been banking with them for the past year and over that year they have failed to mention to me that if I use my card number and such to pay a bill that I will be charged an ATM fee through my bank. Once I was aware of that I called to get more clarification on the matter & they pretty much told me that “that sucks & now you know what to do next time & this experience can only be used to help train our employees”
Family horizons, if you see this your costumers are not here to help you make sure your employees are doing their job correctly. They should

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. This bank is the WORST. You can't even make payments online if you have a loan, you HAVE TO have a checking account with them, which is absurd. If you offer loans, you should have an online e-pay system for all loans.
Customer service is also horrible. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone, and they aren't very nice once you do get a hold of them. They process things strangely and will blame your bank or you for any additional fees when it's the strange way they are processing.
We are counting down the minutes until we can move our loan and will
