Had the pleasure of using Ann transportation for my wife's 40'th birthday. Having been many years since renting a limo, i have been out of the loop as far as prices and available vehicles. I called numerous places and almost all wouldn't pick up the phone or return a call after leaving a message. The few that did answer couldn't accommodate the number of passengers we had. Thankfully i stumbled on Ann transportation and they answered the phone promptly. The owner (female owned) was more than happy to answer my questions and has a newer fleet of stretch and party busses to choose from. We set everything

Weddings are supposed to be a joyous and fun occasion. Unfortunately the limo service we hired, ANN Transportation, was not that. We had a 14 passenger limo, the red carpet treatment, and Champaign with ice bucket and stand. 4-5 hour wedding with 2 additional hours purchased.
From the pick up location, the air conditioning was not working. It was blowing hot air. I spoke with management and they said the driver is responsible for the condition of the vehicle. It was the hottest day recorded in June, +90 degrees. After the church ceremony we went into the limo, which was still blowing hot air,

We booked a limo for our daughter’s prom. The driver, Steven, was very professional the limo was clean. All procedures were explained. My daughter and her friends had a great time. All communications with Nancy were easy and pleasant. We needed to add one more teenager at the very last minute and it was easy to do!

My husband and I had a great experience with ANN transportation from the first day we inquired to our big day. Wedding planning alone is stressful and even more so during a pandemic, but they was so helpful and kind with any questions, thoughts, or concerns we had leading up to the wedding day. John our driver was a bit late picking my wedding party up but we also got notification there were traffic stops along the route so we understood. My wife and I hired them for our wedding. Booking everything on the phone was easy. Payment through the website was seem less. On the day of our wedding the limos showed up on time and were in perfect condition. My driver (for the guys) was extremely helpful, nice and clean cut. For the ladies my wife was extremely happy. The transportation that we booked for the hotel rides were great too. All my guests that used it said it was the best thing and the driver was upbeat and fun. All in all I cant say a bad thing. Horrible experience for several reasons. I originally booked the 24 passenger bus as a way to save a few hundred dollars from a limo service and also to be able to fit all of our bridal party into it for wedding day ceremony/church transportation. I was originally told by Charlie (who is apparently new and has not been well trained) that the fee for this would be $700. I was then told by someone else on my second call that that is last year's rates, this years would be $800 for the service. So fine- I booked that service and was sent a CONTRACT which detailed all of our pick up times, locations
