I use this service for medical transactions. They are always on time, friendly, and super helpful. I am 8 months pregnant and sometimes I have my 4 year old with me. They are always extra helpful and I always feel very safe during the ride. The vehicles are always clean and sanitized which is very comforting during these times.

Eddie, the owner and driver, provides an incredible service that has set the bar sky high. This company is absolutely superb and Eddie ensures safety especially during this pandemic with very clean vehicles and ultimate service to appointments and back. Just recently, I needed transportation to and from a hospital in NYC. Like many of us, I went to the internet looking for a safe, reliable and affordable company to take care of my needs. We used TriCounty transportation for our recent trip to and from the airport and we were extremely impressed with Eddies punctuality, friendliness and professionalism. The vehicle was very clean and he took special care to ensure we had bottles of water, the newspaper and made sure the air temperature was comfortable for us at all times. Upon our return at JFK he contacted us soon as our flight landed and picked us up within a few minutes. I first used Tri-County Transportation during a emergency and I was pleased with their service. Cab service has been important to me and my family for years. I have used a variety of cab companies but I think that Tri-County Transportation has been the best. I now use their transportation service on average, two or three times a week. I find Eddie to be very reliable and professional. I would recommend Tri-County Transportation for all your transportation needs.

We are very pleased to have connected with Tri County/Eddie for transport to and from JFK. He arrived as expected, transported us in a clean comfortable vehicle, and got us to the airport on time. Better still, he was standing there outside customs when were returned waiting for us. He kept us informed as to where he was as soon as we landed. Will use again, and heartily recommend him.

My car had a flat this past Sunday on the brink of a snowstorm. After I was towed to a Mavis tire repair the car had to sty overnight. It was freezing cold and snow was beginning to fall. I was turned down by several Uber & taxi services. Others inflated the price to my destination because of the impending snow. When I was referred to Tri-County Transportation Group, and driver Eddie, I was quoted a more than reasonable price and my wait time for him was minimal.
