On the night before I found out that my transportation back home canceled on short notice. My only option was to take public transportation which would take forever to get me home or reach out to a private chauffeur service. I live in a rural area and have recently suffered an injury that impedes my mobility. I can't drive I can't walk far and I need to visit doctors offices at some distance away in order to get better.
All Transportation came to my rescue. My driver, Kieran, was so kind and went above and beyond delivering me to the door of the docs office, waiting for me and getting me comfortably back home.
I'm going to need this help for awhile and it's a relief to know such a good service is accessible to me. One less thing to worry about

I booked 7 SUV's to shuttle my VIP guests and All Transportation cancelled three days before the event. Apparently the reservation people never spoke with dispatch and they couldn't actually provide coverage. I have never been so stressed out in my life. Luckily, I found a great local business - Sprinter Limo Service - to provide excellent last minute coverage at a reasonable price. I would never call All Transportation again, not worth the potential panic attack.

We used this company to hire a door to door car and driver to take us back to the Hudson Valley following my husband's back surgery in NYC. Our driver, Lance, actually arrived a bit early and was a very professional and safe driver. The office staff who took our reservation, Anne-Marie, was also very courteous and helpful. I fully recommend this company.

We used this company to drive our family to the airport. Car service was prompt and arrived earlier than the scheduled time. 14 passenger Van was very clean and well kept. Both Drivers drove well and cautiously. They kept us informed with confirmation for pick up and drop off. Owner was very friendly. We will continue to use this service and highly recommend to others.

We have used this company 2 times for airport service just in the last few weeks. Very professional and friendly. Vehicles were new, clean and well maintained. A genuine car service. I scheduled a trip up to the Hudson Valley for a group to celebrate my 60th birthday. we visited a cidery, a distillery and 2 wineries. I had a few pre-trip issues that Britt fixed and we had a perfect day!! The weather couldn't have been better, Lance (our driver) did a wonderful job getting us from one place to the next on-time and everyone raved about the transportation!
Britt helped make my day even more special, and I appreciated everything she did.

I was with Liam ( traveling to U.S and back) he just reviewed All Transportation Network. I would like to say personally thank you to Paul for great customer service. Paul was very friendly, looked very professional, and made my last few hours in US stress-free before flying home (Edinburgh). I would like to say that All Transportation Network is amazing; after being stranded by a flight cancellation in the U.S., our airline screwed up just about everything, however we were picked up from the hotel at Newburgh the next night by your fantastic driver Paul, who was extremely professional and friendly. After being nearly killed on the Bus… Of Doom that we were sent on by our airline (a journey that lasted over three and a half hours the previous night, with the driver swerving all over the road, possibly asleep or drunk), being transported with your company by Paul was a huge relief

Not worth the $276 they charged to drive me home from the airport. If you want to be stranded at the airport after a long flight, use this service. I made a reservation from JFK to my home in Orange County and received an email confirmation. I was on a red eye flight from California, arrived into JFK at 7:10 am. And walked outside to meet my car. 7:30 am came around, no car. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. With my cell phone battery dying I hung up and called back only to be told the driver confused the time of my arrival time. They had my flight details, my airline information

We had great friends from out of town and wanted to show them a glimpse of the Hudson Valley. Michael was our driver and he was great. Very professional and flexible to our changing schedule. We made several stops at various breweries, distillery and a winery. I recommend them and will definitely use them for future outings!

I used an All Transportation 26 passenger minibus to take 20 women to a bridal shower 2 1/2 - 3 hours away. It was a great option considering we would have needed 4 or 5 of us to drive the distance which would… have been very stressful. The bus arrived on time, was spotless and well air conditioned on a 90+ degree day. The driver was very helpful and patient in getting our gifts and coolers on and off the bus, and putting up with a lot of noise for the approximate 5 hours we were on the bus with him. Brittney was also very helpful in booking the trip for us. I would definitely use them again

I had a great experience! I booked a van for a bachelorette wine tour for 11 people. Britt was extremely responsive, accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. When I needed to make changes or updates it was never a problem at all and she was quick to respond. They event sent me a guide for planning a wine tour that I would have been totally lost without.
Our driver Lance was wonderful. He showed up early, was super friendly, was a great driver, and even suggested another winery we could go to when we finished the planned ones earlier than expected. I highly recommend All Transportation Network

Rented a limo bus that was very clean and smooth on the road! The driver arrived a few minutes late but he was very pleasant to talk to and apologized as he was not too familiar with the pickup location. Maria was the person I dealt with during the booking process, at first she seemed okay and made some offerings that sounded appealing but the more we communicated the more the information she provided changed...When I would mention what SHE had offered the previous day she always started her sentence with Oh..well-blah blah blah. Based on the positive reviews of this service, I was very excited to use them. And as we used the service, even despite several mishaps by the driver, we had a fantastic time. However, several negative incidents occurred that led the driver to promise a little extra time free of charge, which would have been acceptable had they not then charged us an extra $100 the next day. If you want a company that will get you from A to B, then maybe this one will be right for you. But if you want one that not only values customer service over a dollar, but values human life, I recommend you steer clear. The

Horrible horrible horrible. I wish I could give them zero stars. This was actually the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life.
The booking process started out nice enough but it went downhill quickly from there. The driver was nice but was driving a bit fast on dirt roads. It was six girls and at one point the road went from gravel to dirt. The driver slammed on his breaks and 4 of the girls flew into eachother and off of their seats into the aisle. All of our glasses spilled and then flew out of our hands. Everyone screamed and the driver stopped to help us

We were extremely happy with our transportation via All Transportation Network! Mike met us at Newburgh Airport in a well maintained vehicle with a smile on his face! We loaded tons of luggage and 6 tired people in the SUV, and took off for NYC. The ride was relaxing and very pleasant. I looked back at my family and within minutes they were all peacefully napping! We had several small stops to make in Manhattan before arriving at our final destination and Mike was great the whole time. We used All Transportation Network to enjoy a wine tour in Orange County for a friend's bachelorette party. They were so helpful in the planning stages in suggesting an itinerary and which wineries to select. The limo arrived 20 minutes early and our drive, Lance, was informative, polite, and all around wonderful. We had no trouble finding the limo when we wanted to leave and go to the next winery.
