I started with PCTECH two years ago. My computers had been hacked with ransom ware and my Website was hacked. The Website was down for months and nobody seemed to be capable of solving these problems.

Instructed them to swap out a TV for us at one of our locations in their market and ship the old one back which was in perfect shape and working but had an issue checking in over the internet. But instead destroyed a $1100 dollar digital signage TV and a $1000 touchscreen overlay and tried to say we did it and caught them in the lie after we found out differently. (someone at PC tech ripped the touchscreen overlay off the TV when all they had to do was unscrew it from the back)They threw away the original OEM TV packaging but said that it was "deemed unusable" and packed the destroyed TV with empty
