Family memories to be made just 2 hours from the Twin Cities! Crow Wing Camp is located just 10 miles south of Brainerd/Baxter, and 20 miles north of Little Falls on Highway 371. Crow Wing Lake Campground lies on 30 wooded acres of mature trees, on the shores of 400 acre - Crow Wing Lake. We have 80 full hook up sites (some seasonal) and 20 electric/water sites.
Each site comes with its own picnic table and fire ring. Our full hook up and most of the electric/water sites also have a 7' X 20' cement patio for a more enjoyable camping adventure. Most of our sites offer shade. The sites in yellow on the map do NOT have a cement patio. The campground also offers full service restrooms, laundry facilities, fish cleaning house, boat launch, docks, slips and an on-site store.

Services
Okay, now onto the rest of the crew: We will follow the saying, "Age before wisdom" this year! Phil worked for the State of Minnesota for 23 years before buying the campground and taking his family on this adventure. He was a member of the MN National Guard and served for 28 years. Phil is super handy and can fix most anything!
Experience camping at Crow Wing Lake Campground! Our campground affords families and friends the opportunity to be together, and to sit around a cozy campfire relaxing or sharing stories. There are many activities that can also be enjoyed for the whole family, or just a few at a time. All of these are included with your site fee.
Firewood: Most of you know that Minnesota is still trying to combat the spread of various tree diseases. We love our mature trees. Therefore, all legal firewood that is brought into he campground must be kept in your vehicle or in a tote until it goes into the fire ring; no stacking of wood on the ground or against trees will be permitted.

This last weekend my girlfriend surprised me by making a last minute reservation at crow wing camp ground for my birthday and I couldn't have been more please because the owner's were really welcoming they had all the amenities you could think of from a pool down to a dog park the owner's of the campground also helped me find my wallet after I lost it and so in my opinion I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes camping and everything in between

Thought this was a very nice campground! Well taken care of. Owners take pride in the up keep. It is a bit pricey. More than we like to spend but at the same time offers much. We paid cheaper prices after Labor Day. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool so I don’t have much comment there. Rented a pontoon which was awesome, pricing was fair. Our site was right by the bathroom and laundry facility/ fish cleaning house. People cut through there quite a bit. A lot of those people cutting through where the seasonals in that back row there. Most of the sites accommodate pretty much any size camper. More

Awsome place if you like over paying and being micromanged and told everything you can't do it's a shame that such a beautiful campground is manged by control freaks and best make sure you arrive at check in time because if your 2 hours early they will make you wait while there are 20+ spots available

A great family friendly campground. From the time that you check in Phil and Connie were great! The campsites have everything you may need.
The camp store had all the items you could want for a quick stop for snacks for the kids
The swimming pool, playground, and beach are all great attractions. Overall very clean and we will definitely be back!

Decent family campground 15 minutes South of Brainerd on 371. Lots of sites and amenities, but on the high side of $70/night. Sites are close together, some longer than others with a mix of grass, sand, and mature shade trees. Lakefront are short. Many sites have concrete pad outside your door. Bathrooms are dated, but clean. Super large playground for the kids in the middle of the campground. Pool with 2 slides and 8' depth. Lake has a great sand beach but the water was low do to drought and the water was green. Not sure if clarity is better other years. On site boat ramp and fish cleaning house
