We also sell Premium Non-Oxy gasoline to the public at our gas dock! North Long Lake has excellent fishing, boating and beautiful, clear waters. Sullivans Resort has shallow, sandy shores perfect for our younger & older visitors alike. We are close to the Paul Bunyan trail for your biking and walking pleasure, but also close to amenities such as world-class golf courses, mini-golf, go-karts & dining.

Services
At Sullivans, we have 6 two bedroom housekeeping cabins, 1 three bedroom, and a large Retreat Home. All have a hide-a-bed or futon for extra sleeping room. Each cabin has a deck with lawn chairs, flat-screen TV, a VCR or DVD player, air conditioning, shower, soft water, and a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit.
Reservations Recommended - All reservations require a non-refundable deposit with the balance due upon arrival. Weeks run Saturday - Saturday. The deposit will be applied to the first and last day of your original reservation. No refund or partial refund will be given for early departure. Reservations will be held for 7 days without a deposit and then will be taken off the books.

NEW in 2019 - Vacation rental next door to the resort, 2500 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, large kitchen, family room, large deck, screened porch - Sleeps 8-10, access to resort amenities included.
For the safety of all, PLEASE observe 5 MPH speed limit within the resort and use headlights at night!. Visitors may use our facilities as guests of registered guests simply by registering their party and vehicle at the office upon arrival and paying the visitors fee. If visitors do not register upon arrival, the fees will DOUBLE and will be added to your bill.
Reservations are advised and a non-refundable $75/partial week and $125/full week deposit is required to hold each campsite. The deposit will be applied to the last day of your reservation. Reservations without a deposit will be cancelled after 7 days. You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation.

We are very fortunate to be seasonal campers at Sullivan’s. 5 stars aren’t enough for this resort. Julie and Larry are amazing. They work so hard to make sure you have everything you need. They maintain this beautiful resort to military standards. Everything is so clean and tidy every day!! They really care and treat you like family. There is so much for kids and adults to do. Fantastic rec room, Pool tables, foosball, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tons of games and one of the nicest sandy swimming beaches with a slide around. They have paddle boards, kayaks, boats and a brand new pontoon

We come here the same week in June every year for a family vacation. The cabins are very clean and well maintained. The owners and workers are all very accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub is great for when the weather isn't so nice. They have a private landing and plenty of dock space for boats.

Our shop and families just got back from an amazing 3 day stay at the Happy Haven Retreat cabin. The cabin was spacious, even with 9 adults and 3 kids. Everything was clean and the location was perfect - right on the beach! The owners were incredibly accommodating and so friendly! We can’t wait to stay there again!

Don't visit cause when u visit for over 30 min they charge $10.00 per Adult and $4.00 per child just to visit not staying overnight. I have visited many resorts and they do not charge for visiting. It's sad cause I have a cabin close to resort and won't be telling people to stay there. I get the checking in but if we don't spend night there should not be $36.00 charge when I can stay a night at a resort in a tent for that amount. We didn't even use any thing there just stood in lake and hung out when there are over 40 of my friends staying there.

My family and I have rented cabins for seven years and have been seasonal camper for 13 plus years. This resort is a class operation. Family friendly. The location on North long lake with it's clear water, Sandy shore and bottom. You will not find a better property any where in the state. The new owners are concerned you are having a relaxing vacation and work hard at making sure your needs are met. For all most a quarter of a century we have made Sullivan's resort our choice to spend our summers. We enjoy the people we have met and as my family is getting older they too remember the great times

What an amazing place! I can't say enough good things about the staff, the lake, the cabins etc. The owners are hands on to be sure all of the guests are enjoying themselves, the lake is amazing and our cabins were spotless. They are well prepared for all of your needs. If your looking for a resort in Minnesota to kick back and take it all in, this is the one. You will need to find another time slot cause I will not be giving mine up anytime soon!
