Dr. Paresh is very knowledgeable, listens, and takes his time to discuss your health concerns! My mom had an excellent visit with the dr. He adjusted some of her medications that she has been on for years. She now has more energy and not so fatigued. It's great to have a Doctor come to you. When I was a kid we used to get house calls and now it's back!

Buyer beware.
I chose Dr Goel for care because there were so many excellent Google reviews. Upon first phone call, he promptly responded, came to our home later that, and provided good medical care. We thought he was great.
And then, things changed.
I developed a very challenging medical condition and he became difficult to reach or communicate with. I had to request a referral several times over the course of weeks for a specialist which he ignored until I told him, begged him, that the specialist needed his referral to work with me. (My next doctor is amazing and sent referral same day).

I am very grateful for Desert Mobile Medical and Dr. Goel for the amazing care provided. The incredible convenience and value of their concierge services became all the more obvious while I was on vacation with my family and began feeling quite sick. Dr. Goel was able to promptly schedule a telemedicine visit with me and prescribe the needed medications. By the next day I was feeling 100% better and able to enjoy the rest of the vacation with my family. I can not thank Dr. Goel and Desert Mobile Medical enough for their great care!

I introduced my girlfriend, (Lia) soon to be new bride to Dr Goel.
Lia has been suffering from the horrible symptoms of vasculitis since 2018 or earlier. Lia's Dad had vasculitis and passed after being in remission for thirty years.
USC Hospital diagnosed Lia with Vasculitis in 2019 but sent her away without treatment because of COVID.
Liz went down to 84 pounds. She had nearly given up hope until our meeting with Dr Goel.
In the first 15 minutes of his examine he listened, with compassion to what Lia had been going through.
He asked about Lia's Dad, how long he had it. He identified symptoms

My husband suffers from severe back pain – when it flared up most recently it was on a Friday night and with all other pain centers and doctors closed on weekends, finding someone that could help on a Saturday was a lifesaver. Dr Goel was very quick to respond to my message and when he arrived he was professional and understanding and provided immediate services to provide my husband with relief. We plan on continuing to stay in contact for future appointments. We are so grateful to have found this practice this weekend.

I was looking for an in-home service for my mother who is bedridden with severe rheumatoid arthritis, and as such experiences incredibly pain and stress just moving into a wheelchair. While calling around, I was referred by an emergency care nurse to Desert Mobile Medical. I am only sorry I didn't look earlier. Dr. Goel was patient and professional. The first person to come out was Burgess, and she was incredibly attentive, reassuring, and thorough. Every single specialist that has come out to my home has been kind and competent and wonderful. We are very impressed with Desert Mobile Medical. They have been excellent from the start. When we needed care urgently for an elderly family member that is having mobility issues, they were quick to respond and arrived on schedule. Dr Patel is highly professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. He was very informative and answered all our questions. His bedside manner is comforting. After he left, he is prompt in communications and had a care team working with us the same day. We highly recommend Desert Mobile Medical.
